Opponent: Toronto RaptorsSite: SkyDome, TorontoTime: 7TV/Radio: HTS/WWRC (980 AM)Outlook: With ninth-place Cleveland playing in New York tonight, this is another opportunity for the Bullets to create some space in the standings. The Bullets, with Sunday's victory in Boston, have won 11 of their last 14 games. But they can't overlook a Toronto team that, while last in the Central Division, always plays tough at home. Chicago, the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston, Utah and Miami are among the teams that have been beaten in Toronto this season.
