Over the past few years, the RAW after Wrestlemania has been considered to be one of the best RAWs of the year, particularly because of the crowds it draws. This year was no different. From start to finish, the crowd was loud, boisterous and made their presence felt in nearly every match. While the fans had fun, you can tell the wrestlers loved it to. Daniel Bryan not only had fun with the crowd as he opened the show, you could simply tell by the look on his face how much he loved it. Even as a heel, Bray Wyatt played to the crowd.

Gone are the days of Mr. McMahon “guaran-damn-teeing” an outcome of a match or a certain superstar meeting his demise in WWE. But in my opinion, there are some “certainties” heading into WrestleMania 28. If I were a betting man, I would put money down on these 10 things* happening this Sunday in Miami: 1. THE UNDERTAKER WILL GO 20-0 I feel so confident about this one that I even created an infographic celebrating Undertaker's 20-0...

"What just happened?" "Did someone screw up?" "Did the ref wave it off?" Those were just a few of the things I heard in the seconds after the unthinkable happened at Wrestlemania 30: Brock Lesnar pinned Undertaker cleanly. Nobody could believe that Lesnar had won that match. I saw one tweet from a wrestler say that it was the most shocking ending to a wrestling match since 1997 (the Montreal Screwjob), and I'm not sure I can disagree. The crowd certainly reacted that way, going from a surprised pop when the pin was made, to a mild confused buzz in the time between the pin was made and the decision was read, to a cry of disbelief when they finally announced Lesnar as the winner.

WrestleMania 28, which took place April 1 in Miami, broke the record for economic impact that WrestleMania has on the host city, WWE announced Monday. The annual pay-per-view event, which drew 78,363 to Sun Life Stadium, generated 102.7 million dollars in economic impact, shattering the previous record set by WrestleMania 27 in Atlanta by $40 million. According to WWE, 71 percent of fans that attended WrestleMania 28 were from outside the Miami area and stayed in the city an average of four nights.

JOHN CENA VS. THE ROCK The hardcore wrestling fan may not be looking forward to this match. Some of them think the "Once in a Lifetime" tagline at Wrestlemania 28 was a farce, while others believe the build-up has been nowhere near the interest from last year (in fairness, how could it be with a year to build?). The match itself won't be stellar, but The Rock has just enough mystique and allure left to make the fans invested. John Cena wins the WWE championship and The Rock moves on to Brock Lesnar for Wrestlemania 30. What I would LOVE to see after the match is Cena and Rock sharing a "Wrestlemania handshake," Rock walking away and Dolph Ziggler attacking Cena by surprise (no theme music)

Before RAW on Monday, we had seen just about everything in the Triple H/Daniel Bryan feud. We had seen Triple H throw everything he had politically at Bryan, and Bryan overcome it. We've seen Triple H get physical with Bryan, and we've seen Bryan get some small strikes in here and there. We saw the brutal attack Triple H put on Bryan a couple weeks ago. And finally, on Monday, we got the final piece of the puzzle: Bryan finally getting his hands on Triple H for a beatdown of his own. Earlier in the night, Triple H and Stephanie had promised that Bryan wouldn't be there, and ran down previous “flavors of the months” that he had beaten.

Smackdown has long been established as WWE's "B show. " No, you won't hear Vince McMahon -- or even any of the talent -- call it that in interviews. But with Raw being a well-established weekly spectacle filled with many of the company's top stars, Smackdown is obviously No. 2. Not that that's a bad thing, though. But this year's WrestleMania season drives the message home harder than a Brogue Kick. Looking at the line-up for the pay-per-view, a clear majority of all the show's top matches have been built on Raw: The Rock vs. John Cena, Triple H vs. The Undertaker, Chris Jericho vs. CM Punk and, to a lesser extent, the recently announced divas tag match pitting Eve and Divas Champion Beth Phoenix against Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos.

This is a major coup for WWE, to have Mickey Rourke in the ring at the company's marquee show. I think it's bigger than Donald Trump at WrestleMania 23 and certainly bigger than Floyd Mayweather's match last year. ( For more, go to baltimoresun.com/ringposts)

WWE Hall of Famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper is in a new movie, "Pro Wrestlers vs. Zombies. " I had a chance to speak with him about the movie, the upcoming Wrestlemania, the WWE Network, his feelings toward WWE and their feelings toward him. Ring Posts: Are you going to be involved at all with Wrestlemania Weekend? Roddy Piper: I'm going to be there. You know, that's a good question. I have a lot of thoughts about it. I don't know any other entertainment sport where 30 years later you could give the fans the opportunity to see the two guys who started it at the War to Settle The Score.

In September 2011, the Occupy Wall Street movement began. Two-and-a-half years later, an Occupy movement succeeded on WWE Raw. Taking a page from the Chicago crowd trying to “Hijack Raw” last week, Daniel Bryan came out with a demand for Triple H. He wanted a match at WrestleMania. He said he would refuse to leave the ring until his demand was met, but unlike others who have made that threat, he had backup. In a visually striking scene, dozens of “fans” wearing Bryan shirts came out of the crowd, filling the ring and ringside area.

In the first live wrestling show on the WWE Network, a fantastic show from NXT was marred by technical issues. The Network has kicked off to mixed results so far. The initial demand (some estimates had between 250,000-350,000 people signing up on the first day) had overwhelmed MLB Advanced Media and caused issues for the first 48 hours of the launch. However, by Wednesday afternoon it seemed like most of the issues had been fixed, and people were immensely enjoying the product. However, on Thursday night, during the NXT: ArRIVAL show, the technical difficulties cropped up again.

On a night where Hulk Hogan returned to the WWE, a bigger return upstaged him: the return of The Undertaker. At the end of Raw, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman came out, saying they had demanded a title match at Wrestlemania.  According to the two, the Authority had denied them that title match, but instead had allowed him to pick his opponent for Wrestlemania.  They said there was nothing else they wanted but the title, and repeated over and over...

Elimination Chamber was a strong pay-per-view top to bottom, which finished with an entertaining Chamber match, even if many fans didn't get the result they wanted. Randy Orton retained his title in a Chamber match with six strong competitors that all were allowed to shine at various times during the match. The match included some great spots, and some excellent storytelling, especially by the final two combatants: Orton and Daniel Bryan. The first three wrestlers eliminated were (in order)

Don't believe everything you read on the internet. In fact, don't believe much of what you read on the internet, as it pertains to pro wrestling. At least take it with a grain of salt. Before this week's edition of Raw, there were rumors circling the internet and the internet wrestling websites that this week's episode of Raw would be a "throwaway" episode, with not much plot advancement leading to Wrestlemania. Pretty much the opposite happened. This episode of Raw saw The Undertaker return and receive a Wrestlemania opponent -- CM Punk.

The WWE made official on Friday what was long-rumored: Hulk Hogan is returning to the company The WWE Hall of Famer is going to return on RAW on Monday, according to the WWE, and will take part in Wrestlemania 30 as a host, similar to what The Rock did for Wrestlemania in 2011. Hogan, 60, was last in the WWE in 2006, when he faced Randy Orton at Summerslam.  That was part of a short run that started in 2005 when he teamed with, and later had a memorable (perhaps for the wrong reasons)

"The Animal" Batista returned with a bang Monday night, taking out Alberto Del Rio and declaring his intentions to go after the WWE world heavyweight championship on the final WWE Raw before the Royal Rumble. Batista last appeared in the WWE in May 2010, ending an eight-year run with the company. He was part of the oft-talked about Class of 2002 from Ohio Valley Wrestling -- the WWE's feeder organization before they moved it to Florida -- along with John Cena, Randy Orton and Brock Lesnar.
