On Saturday April 22, 2006 FRANCES C. (nee Covahey) WILLARD. Frances retired from Black & Decker with 41 years of service. She was the beloved wife of the late Myron L. "Les" Willard, dear sister of Robert E. Covahey and his wife Carol, Sarah J. Skipper and her husband Francis and the late Thomas L. Covahey and his widow Vera E. Hoover, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services and interment private . Those who desire may make memorial donations to the Humane Society of Baltimore County, 1601 Nicodemus Rd., Reistertown, MD 21136.

On April 5, 2007, WILLARD J. HAYES; beloved husband of the late Ernestine Hayes. Willard is also survived by seven children, Margaret, Kathy, Willard, Jr., Reginald, Sherell, James and Danny; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; five daughters in-law; one sister and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the Oak Street AME Church, 123 W. 24th St, on Friday, April 13, at 10 A.M. until 7 P.M. Family will receive friends on Saturday, at 10 to 11 A.M. , at which time services will be held.

On July 15, 2005, WILLARD CLYDE JR., beloved husband of Betty Mort, devoted father of Karen, Sharon, Teron, Clyde, Ida and Natalie. Also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three sisters, two brothers and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Rd. on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services on Monday at 10 A.M.

On December 5, 2004, WILLARD H. SILTMAN; beloved husband of Ann E. Siltman (nee Eby); devoted father of Stephen F. Siltman and his wife Joanne, Susan Siltman Fanske and her husband Richard and David W. Siltman and his wife Cynthia. Also survived by four granddaughters. Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26A), on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. where a Vigil Service will be held at 4PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Peter the Apostle Church, on Wednesday at 10 A.M. Interment Moreland Memorial Park.

On Sunday February 5, 2006 WILLARD O. (Doug) DOUGLAS, husband of the late Juanita Staples Douglas, devoted father of Karen E. Douglas, Willard (Wid) Douglas, Janet Johnson, Rob Douglas and Cyndy Suarez, cherished grandfather of Jason Johnson, Jermaine Johnson and Tia Johnson, good friend to Frederick Griffner and Skip Loeffler. He is also survived by sisters, Margaret Howell and Bertie Lee Burton and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother C. H. Douglas and sister Thelma Chase.

On December 10, 2003 WILLARD DALE BARKER, SR. of Bel Air, MD beloved husband of Josephine Fouse Barker; devoted father of Willard Dale Barker, Jr., Sharon A. Barker, and Donna J. Bader; loving son of Ina Ruth Testerman Barker and the late Lester Ovid Barker; loving brother of Karen L. Fouse. Also survived by one granddaughter Megan E. Garcia. Services will be held in Baptist View Church, Forest Hill, MD on Saturday, December 13, 2003 at 2 p.m. Interment will be in adjoining cemetery.
