A man was shot in West Baltimore on Wednesday night, with homicide detectives called because of the severity of the man's injuries, city police said. A 27-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition after he was stabbed early Tuesday in West Baltimore, according to city police. Two men were assaulted and stabbed by three people at 2:17 a.m. during an argument in the 2800 block of Brighton St., police said. One man, 24, had a minor injury and was treated and released, police said. The 27-year-old was admitted to a local hospital and remained in serious condition. Police did not identify the victims and said they had no suspects or motives.

A 35-year-old man was found fatally stabbed Tuesday morning inside a West Baltimore home, according to police. A resident of the home in the 1400 block of N. Dukeland St., in the Northwest Community Action neighborhood, found Timothy Mason on the second floor suffering from several stab wounds to his chest, police said. Medical personnel pronounced Mason dead at 11:28 a.m., according to police. No arrests have been made, and investigators have not determined a motive, said Agent Donny Moses, a police spokesman.

Three people were transported to area hospitals Sunday night as the result of a three-car accident in West Baltimore. The Baltimore City Fire Department responded to the crash at Gwynns Falls Parkway and Longwood Street at 8:46 pm. One of the injured was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma, while another was taken to Sinai Hospital and a third to the Johns Hopkins Hospital. No other information was available Sunday night. A 19-year-old man was shot Wednesday night in the Mondawmin neighborhood of West Baltimore, according to police. Officers responded to Bentalou Street and North Avenue for a report of a shooting and found the man lying on the ground. He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center for treatment, police said. His condition was not available. According to preliminary information, the man had been walking in the 1900 block of N. Bentalou St. after leaving Mondawmin Mall when he heard a loud pop, police said.

A 39-year-old man was fatally shot early Friday in West Baltimore, according to police. Officers found the man at 12:53 a.m. in a rear alley on the 700 block of Ashburton St., in the Mosher neighborhood, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said. No further information was immediately available. Police were also investigating the nonfatal shooting of a 19-year-old man about 11:45 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of N. Curley St., in East Baltimore's Madison-Eastend neighborhood.
