Worthington ParkMacks Homes has opened Section 6 at Worthington Park, where 10 different two-story traditional, transitional and contemporary houses are being built on 336 half-acre to 3-acre lots. More than 250 homes have been sold since Macks began developing the Baltimore County community in 1988.The Worthington is a 4,108-square-foot home with a beginning price of $399,900.A 15-by-17-foot dining room and 15-by-16-foot sunken living room flank the two-story foyer. The Harford County community includes a pond that is home to ducks, geese and beaver.Brick fronts and mailboxes, gas heat and hot water, hardwood foyers, 9-foot first-floor ceilings, poured concrete foundations and unfinished basements are some of the standard features.The Coventry is a 2,600-square-foot home with a beginning price of $235,900.
