Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.Northwestern DistrictShootings: Four men were in an alley off the 2900 block of Ridgewood Ave. about 9: 20 p.m. Monday when a gunman fired several shots at them, hitting one man in the left leg and another in the abdomen. The man shot in the abdomen was in serious condition yesterday at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The other man, who had run to the 4600 block of Reisterstown Road and collapsed, was treated at Sinai Hospital and released.
