An unidentified man was fatally shot about 6: 15 p.m. yesterday during an argument between two groups of men in the 1600 block of Veney Court in Northeast Baltimore, police said.The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.Several witnesses were being interviewed at police headquarters.Pub Date: 4/09/96

A man who was stabbed to death Saturday in Gwynn Oak Park was identified yesterday by Baltimore County police as Emanuel Dean of Randallstown. Dean, 37, of the 9700 block of Branchleigh Road, was at a picnic when he got into an argument with an unidentified man who stabbed him in the chest.

The body of an unidentified man was dumped in front of Harbor Hospital's emergency room about 7:30 p.m. yesterday by a group of unknown men who then fled, police said. The man had suffered five gunshot wounds outside a Cherry Hill shopping center in the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road, according to police. The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. No arrests have been made.

Baltimore police are investigating an early morning stabbing Monday in the middle of downtown. An unidentified man was stabbed in the back at 5:15 a.m. at E. Baltimore St. near Grant Street, an alley-like crossing just south of the William Donald Schaefer Tower. Police did not immediately say what called them to the area. Unidentified man found fatally shot in car Police officers investigating gunshots near the Waverly neighborhood early yesterday found the body of an unidentified man inside a car that had drifted down a street and come to rest against another vehicle. The victim - found about 12:30 a.m. inside a Nissan Sentra in the 3700 block of Elkader Road, north of the site of Memorial Stadium - had been shot at least once in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the crew of a city Fire Department ambulance.

An unidentified man was fatally shot at 2:30 a.m. yesterday as he stood with a group of people in the 800 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. in East Baltimore. The body of an unidentified man was found slouched over the steering wheel of an idling car at 7:20 a.m. yesterday in the 4800 block of Herring Run Drive in Northeast Baltimore.

An unidentified man died last night after he was shot in the 1100 block of Ashburton St. in Rosemont. Police said officers responded to the shooting about 8 p.m. and discovered the man in a car behind a house. He was transported to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he died a short time later. In another incident, an unidentified man was in serious condition last night at Shock Trauma after he was shot outside Amko Liquors in the 2800 block of Edmondson Ave. in Southwest Baltimore. Police said the man stumbled into the store and collapsed after he was shot in the leg about 7: 45 p.m.

An unidentified man walked into Sinai Hospital Tuesday morning suffering from a gunshot wound to the hip, according to city police. Police say the man arrived at the hospital about 6 a.m. and the shooting is believed to have happened in Northwest Baltimore. Police have no further details about the incident. The shooting follows two weekend homicides and a shooting in Northeast Baltimore Monday evening. Police say an unidentified man was shot in the 6600 block of Touchstone Court about 7 p.m. The man's condition is unknown.
