Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Baltimore City Southeastern District Robbery try: A 35-year-old Dundalk resident was standing in the 2200 block of Eastern Ave. about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when another man armed with a knife demanded his money. Before the victim could respond, a male friend of the victim approached and the robber fled. Stabbing: Police were seeking an 18-year-old woman in the stabbing Monday night of a girl, 15, during an argument in a house in the 100 block of N. Curley St. The victim, stabbed in the back with a large knife, was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

A man who claimed to have a gun held up the Woodbridge branch of the M&T Bank yesterday, state police said. The man walked into the bank in the 1400 block of Pulaski Highway about noon, handed a teller a note and demanded cash. Police said he indicated that he had a handgun. The suspect then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. State police from the Bel Air barracks said the robber was thought to be traveling with a female companion.

Boeing Co. said yesterday that it would acquire Conquest Inc., an intelligence-gathering company in Annapolis Junction, as it works to better integrate the diverse functions of its business. Boeing did not disclose financial details of the deal, but said it expects the transaction to be completed by the end of this quarter. Under the agreement, Conquest will become a part of Boeing Space and Intelligence Systems. Conquest will be renamed Boeing Advanced Information Systems -Maryland Operations.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Baltimore City Western District Officer injured: In a hit-and-run incident, Officer Michael Hofmann, 39, of the mobile enforcement team was stepping off a curb in the 2500 block of Woodbrook Ave. about 6 p.m. yesterday when he was struck by a white, four-wheel all-terrain vehicle. The driver did not stop. The plainclothes officer was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center and was in good condition.

Baltimore City Robbery: A man, 27, was walking in the 200 block of S. Broadway about 1a.m. Monday when a man armed with a broken bottle robbed him of $200. Robbery: A gunman robbed Sicily's Pizza in the 300 block of S. Broadway of an undisclosed sum of money about midnight Monday. Burglary: Several pieces of jewelry -- all valued at $3,250 -- were stolen Tuesday from a house in the 1000 block of Baylis St. Burglary: Someone broke into Simon's Pub & Eatery in the 2000 block of E. Fairmount Ave. through a rear door Tuesday and stole an undisclosed sum of cash.
