Before fleeing, the gunman bound and gagged an employee. No customers were in the store.Northern DistrictBurglary: Two mountain bikes, an 18-inch chain saw, a leaf blower, a sander and a cordless drill, all valued at more than $1,400, were stolen from a garage in the 6000 block of Charlesmead Road between Thursday and Saturday.

Baltimore St. about 4 a.m. Sunday.Northwestern DistrictRobbery: Police continue to seek two men apparently posing as police officers who robbed a 21-year-old man of $300 as he sat in his parked car in the 5300 block of Beaufort Ave. about 10: 30 p.m. Friday. The victim told police the men displayed badges before demanding his money.

The brother, a 37-year-old resident of the 2500 block of W. Patapsco Ave., was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Mavin Glover, 41, of the Reedbird Avenue address, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and other offenses.Western DistrictStolen car: A white two-door 1995 Mitsubishi with tags DBG 380 was stolen Sunday in the 1600 block of W. Lexington St.Assault: A 33-year-old man was in the 3300 block of Auchentoroly Terrace on Sunday when a man struck him in the head with a brick after accusing the victim of an incident involving his sister.

Howard County police said the Jiffy Lube in Owen Brown village was robbed last week.About 5: 45 p.m. Thursday, a man walked into the oil-change shop in the 6400 block of Dobbin Center Way and demanded money, a report said.Employees told police that the man kept his hand in his coat pocket during the robbery but displayed no weapon.Police said the man took an undisclosed sum of money and fled on foot.The man is identified as black, of medium complexion, 6 feet tall and weighing 170 to 180 pounds.

Hanover St. about 5 p.m. Tuesday when he was shoved to the ground by another man who stole the bike, valued at $100, and the victim's wallet containing a small sum of cash.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Southeastern Baltimore Assault: Police arrested a man about 7 p.m. Thursday moments after he was seen spraying the windows of moving vehicles with a chemical irritant on East Pratt Street near the Perkins Homes. One female motorist suffered a minor eye injury when sprayed. Ground units, aided by the crew of a police helicopter, captured the man on South Caroline Street near Gough Street. Assault charges were pending. Northeastern Baltimore Arrests: Two men were arrested shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday, moments after a man was fatally shot in the 3400 block of Cliftmont Ave. The two have been charged with unlawful possession of a handgun.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Southeastern Baltimore Armed robbery Police were seeking two men, one armed with a handgun, who robbed Sam's Food Mart in the 2300 block of E. Fairmount Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 6 p.m. Thursday. The men forced an employee to remove money from a cash register before putting the cash into a plastic bubble gum container. Robbery Two men entered Western Union in the 3200 block of E. Baltimore St. about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, shoved the female clerk to the floor and took an undisclosed sum of money from a cash register.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Southeastern Robbery -- A 52-year-old Howard University lab technician was standing outside his car in the 3200 block of E. Fairmount Ave. about 4 a.m. Saturday when a gunman robbed him of two wallets and computer equipment from his car. He alerted police, and Officers Ray Buda and Alvin McCoy caught a suspect nearby. In a rear yard, they found a loaded .357-caliber Ruger Blackhawk revolver believed to have been used in the robbery.

Western District Shooting: An unidentified man was shot in the stomach about 7 p.m. yesterday near Payson and Lanvale streets and taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Baltimore City Northern District Robbery: Two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed a Dollar Store in the 5400 block of York Road of an undisclosed sum of money about 2:40 p.m. Tuesday. Eastern District Robbery: Two men entered Andy's Mart & Deli in the 1900 block of E. Chase St. about 6:20 p.m. Tuesday and ordered chicken salad. Seconds later, one of them pulled out a handgun and ordered an employee onto the floor after assaulting him. Before the pair fled with an undisclosed sum from a cash register, one of them ripped a telephone from the wall.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Baltimore City Southeastern District Robbery try: A 35-year-old Dundalk resident was standing in the 2200 block of Eastern Ave. about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when another man armed with a knife demanded his money. Before the victim could respond, a male friend of the victim approached and the robber fled. Stabbing: Police were seeking an 18-year-old woman in the stabbing Monday night of a girl, 15, during an argument in a house in the 100 block of N. Curley St. The victim, stabbed in the back with a large knife, was reported in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
