Howard County police said the Jiffy Lube in Owen Brown village was robbed last week.About 5: 45 p.m. Thursday, a man walked into the oil-change shop in the 6400 block of Dobbin Center Way and demanded money, a report said.Employees told police that the man kept his hand in his coat pocket during the robbery but displayed no weapon.Police said the man took an undisclosed sum of money and fled on foot.The man is identified as black, of medium complexion, 6 feet tall and weighing 170 to 180 pounds.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Southeastern Baltimore Assault: Police arrested a man about 7 p.m. Thursday moments after he was seen spraying the windows of moving vehicles with a chemical irritant on East Pratt Street near the Perkins Homes. One female motorist suffered a minor eye injury when sprayed. Ground units, aided by the crew of a police helicopter, captured the man on South Caroline Street near Gough Street. Assault charges were pending. Northeastern Baltimore Arrests: Two men were arrested shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday, moments after a man was fatally shot in the 3400 block of Cliftmont Ave. The two have been charged with unlawful possession of a handgun.

A man who claimed to have a gun held up the Woodbridge branch of the M&T Bank yesterday, state police said. The man walked into the bank in the 1400 block of Pulaski Highway about noon, handed a teller a note and demanded cash. Police said he indicated that he had a handgun. The suspect then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. State police from the Bel Air barracks said the robber was thought to be traveling with a female companion.

Baltimore County police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man sought in a robbery at the Bank of America in the 7900 block of Belair Road in the Parkville area this morning. According to police, the suspect entered the bank at 10:20 a.m. and gave a teller a note demanding money. After the teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect ran out of the bank and was last seen fleeing southbound on Belair Road, police said. Police described the suspect as white, in his early 20s, standing between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a slim build.

Two people were the victims of armed robbers in separate incidents Saturday evening, Howard County police said.About 6: 35 p.m., a man in a ski mask armed with a handgun robbed a 53-year-old man at a NationsBank automated teller machine at 9880 Washington Blvd. in Laurel of an undisclosed sum of money and fled on a bicycle, police said.About 10: 15 p.m., a gunman robbed a cashier at the Super Fresh market at 7280 Montgomery Road in the Elkridge Corners Shopping Center in Elkridge of an undisclosed sum of money and fled in a waiting car, which headed south on U.S. 1, police said.

Baltimore CityTC large-caliber handgun and the other with a spray can containing a chemical irritant, robbed Morrison's Cafeteria in the 8000 block of Ritchie Highway last night of an undisclosed sum. Police said the men entered the cafeteria around 9:45 p.m. through an unlocked rear door while several employees were cleaning up the kitchen area and preparing to leave. After ordering the employees into the manager's office and forcing them onto the floor, the two men ordered the manager to open the safe and give them its contents.

Baltimore City Eastern District Escaper caught: A handcuffed inmate being returned to Central Booking and Intake Center after questioning by homicide detectives escaped from a city housing authority police car about 6:15 p.m. yesterday at Monument and Constitution streets. Andre Adams, 21, was caught minutes later - hiding under a car - two blocks away and was charged with escape. Western District Robberies/arrest: One man was arrested and at least one other was being sought in the robberies of three people early Sunday and Monday in Northwest Baltimore by men flashing badges and wearing T-shirts emblazoned with Bounty Hunter and Special Police.
