A chicken deliveryman was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money Monday by three unarmed men who jumped him as he was making a delivery, county police said.Tariq Murtaza, 27, a deliveryman for Cluck University chicken in Laurel, was making a delivery to an apartment in the 200 block of Red Clay Road in Laurel about 10 p.m. Monday. When he walked into the apartment building, the men robbed him and fled, police said.Knife-wielding robber steals cash from shoe storeA man with a 6-inch serrated knife robbed a Pic N Pay shoe store in the 1100 block of Annapolis Road in Odenton of an undisclosed amount of money Monday, county police said.

A man wielding a small, black handgun robbed the Soda Pop Shop in the 7700 block of Quarterfield Road on Wednesday of an undisclosed amount of cash, county police said.The man walked into the store just before 8:30 p.m., pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded money, police said. After he got it, the robber ran.Police did not have a complete description of the bandit.

A man armed with a handgun robbed a Shell service station in Jessup early yesterday and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, county police said.The gunman walked in the front door of the station in the 2700 block of Annapolis Road shortly before 6 a.m. and demanded the money. The station clerk turned over the money from the cash register, and the robber fled north on Clark Road, police said.

Stolen were VCRs, jewelry, an undisclosed amount of rolled coins and cash, computer equipment and an answering machine.10100 block of Baltimore National Pike: Bethany 40 Center: Three break-ins or attempted break-ins were reported Saturday night in several stores in the shopping center. Someone smashed a door at Little George's Saturday night and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.
