Loyola kicker Jeff Timmons had to wait before attempting to make up for an earlier miss, but it didn't affect his confidence. "No, not at all," said Timmons, who missed a 26-yarder with 57 seconds left in the third quarter of top-ranked Loyola's showdown with second-ranked McDonogh. "I knew my line was going to block for me, and I just trusted in my holder, Bob Kirby, to hold it down for me," Timmons said. "After missing that one earlier, I just hoped it came down to me so I could redeem myself."
