Baltimore CityTHEFT FROM AUTO: Northern District -- A cellular phone valued at more than $100 was stolen from a 1984 Honda Accord parked in the first block of E. 27th St. Wednesday.ROBBERY: Northern District -- A 52-year-old resident of the 500 block of McCabe Ave. was in the 5800 block of York Road Wednesday when he was struck over the head with an unknown weapon by a man who robbed him of a small sum of money.STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass with tags XAR 841 was stolen from the Rotunda Mall parking lot in the 700 block of W. 40th St. Wednesday.
