Anglophiles have a friend in Linda Anne Bunch.For the last two years, this Oxford native turned Owings Mills resident has painted glittery crowns, bright Union Jacks and double-decker buses on everything from bibs to headbands. Her business, Linda of London, caters to Marylanders with a penchant for wearing their love of all things English on their shirts, socks and jackets.There is one export she hasn't plastered over clothes yet: the royal family. That's primarily because painting faces has proved difficult.

Harvey Grant is a 225-pound forward for the Bullets, who was selected on the first round in the 1988 NBA draft as an Oklahoma graduate. He is married to Beverly and they have one child, Jeral. One of his nicknames, "Twin," comes from having an identical twin, Horace, who playsfor the World Champion Chicago Bulls. Hours before flying off to Paris last year, the Poplar Hill resident combed the Johns Hopkins Best Dressed Sale and Boutique for a good buy. She found one -- and the Diane Freis dress even made the trip, thanks to some last-minute packing.Look for the 52-year-old March of Dimes volunteer to be among the first in line today when the sale begins at 9 a.m. at the Evergreen Carriage House.The good news? This time, she says, she won't have to squeeze her finds into one suitcase.

Michael and Jeanne Sullivan are co-chairing the 1991 BSO Gala, which will be held at The Gallery and Stouffer's Harborplace Hotel on Sept. 7. Sullivan joined Merry-Go-Round Enterprises, Inc. in 1974 and became president and CEO in 1982. Under his leadership, the clothing chain has expanded to 775 stores withthree operating divisions. How would you describe your taste in clothing?Eclectic. Business wardrobe consists of double breasted suits, Wall Street Type, and all casual clothes are from Merry-Go-Round stores.

Goldye Goodman is a petite 60-year-old, who weighs in under 100 pounds. She loves clothes and takes great care to coordinate her wardrobe. She has been married to Bernard for 40 years and has worked at Heirloom Jewels in Pomona Square for 12 years. They have two children, son Richard, and daughter, Randy.How would you describe your taste in clothing?Unique -- for example I prefer wool with glitz, as opposed to satin or silks with glitz. I love anything that is leather or suede. Several years ago, I went on a cruise to the islands and took only glitzy leather and suede outfits for the evening.

Helen Neisser and her daughter Renee Rebstock have a working and dressing arrangement that is almost sisterly. Mrs. Neisser owns the busy "Rumors" salon and boutique in Pasadena where she employs 25 operators. Ms. Rebstock, the reigning Miss Maryland USA, is vice president of the enterprise and a working cosmetologist. They are each other's greatest fans and share clothes as well as interests.How would you describe your taste in clothing?DFlamboyant. I like glitter, glitz and shine. I must have 20 pairs of silver, gold and bronze shoes in my closets.

Judy Hasler, the co-owner of House Calls Interiors in Towson, believes that like interiors, clothes should reflect a person's character and have a long life. "If clothes are of a good design, they're enduring. Just like household antiques, clothes shouldn't thrown away simply because they'reold." Judy lives in Lutherville with her husband, John, an associate dean at the University of Maryland Dental School. Susan Bader, the executive director of Maryland Art Place, says her career is her hobby. She's been executive director for one year and loves putting people and art together. Mike Schroeder grew up in Perry Hall and was lucky enough toland a job in his hometown market as the programs/promotions manager at WBFF-Channel 45. Schroeder and his wife, Dawne, live in the Mt. Washington area. Hobbies include watching television, playing the guitar and traveling.How would you describe your taste in clothing?For dressy events, I like European or Italian clothes. For casual wear, I prefer clothes from the Banana Republic. Clothes that breathe, mostly cottons. My wife would tell you that I'm not very casual.
