It's the finale already! That seems quick, doesn't it? I guess that means this season has been better than most, because I haven't been praying for it to end already. I might feel differently about that if Phillip had stuck around longer. Speaking of who stuck around, can you believe that Eddie is still around? He, as Jeff points out in the recap at the beginning of the show, has been at the bottom since the very beginning. If Eddie makes it to the end, I will laugh and laugh at Cochran and Dawn.

From: Spain Price: $10 Serve with: Grilled fish, in bisques, aperitif Manzanilla is a form of dry sherry that I became quite fond of while traveling in southern Spain, where it hails from. It's similar to a fino sherry but has a little more nutty edge and a hint of sea spray. The Don Benigno is the least-expensive version I've encountered in Maryland, and its quality is comparable to its more expensive rivals. It's a lightly fortified wine, which makes it stronger than most whites, and there's a subtle hint of oxidation - a plus in this case.

Back from Tribal Council at Gota (the Fans), Reynold gets into it right away with the rest of the tribe, very pissily telling everyone that he doesn't trust them. Reynold and Shamar get into it, and Sherry is possibly regretting saving Shamar because he will not stop talking smack with pretty much everyone else in the tribe, including yelling at Matt. I like Matt, so that's unacceptable. Aaanndd just as I was starting to maybe not completely despise Reynold, he refers to Allie's ousting as "the revenge of the nerds.

Wine, 8180 Maple Lawn Blvd, Fulton, and other local wine shops Pedro Ximenez is a white wine grape varietal best known for its role in producing dessert wines in Spain's sherry region and in Australia. But this version from Chile shows it can also produce a compelling dry white table wine. The 2010 Falernia Pedro Ximenez Reserva shows a bright range of flavors: mint and other herbs, lime, grapefruit, pear and minerals.

Welcome to Week 2! Given that all the dancers last week were either good dancers or good sports or both, I'm particularly happy this is a season that didn't have a week 1 elimination. I'm looking forward to seeing everybody dance again. Brooke's dress is a bright-yellow boob showcase. It's like she's framed her cleavage.  Introductions: Martina's wearing a red bikini top and fishing net. I miss Edyta. Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower Roshon's hip-hop background is bumping up against the control and elegance required in ballroom as they practice their quickstep.

Tandon Doss was absent from the Ravens' 20-point loss to the San Diego Chargers, but the rookie wide receiver had a very good reason. Doss was in the Indianapolis area to attend Saturday's funeral for Sherry L. Rawson-Koker, who died Dec. 11. An obituary in the Indianapolis Star described the 57-year-old Rawson-Koker as a photo archivist for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway since 2003. Doss said that Rawson-Koker was a guardian who took him into her home when he was an eighth grader in the Indianapolis area.
