This week's episode of "The Walking Dead" was called "Secrets," but they could have also called it "Lying" because a bunch of characters tell a bunch of lies (or withhold information, which is a form of lying). Now, this should go without saying by this point, but if you haven't watched the episode yet, fair warning: There is about to be a Thanksgiving dinner of spoilers. Lori lies to Rick and everyone else about being pregnant and having a relationship with Shane. Rick lies about Hershel wanting everyone to get off his farm.

Fans of medical dramas such as 'ER', 'Grey's Anatomy' and ' Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman ' certainly had plenty to enjoy in Sunday night's episode of 'The Walking Dead,' aptly titled ' Bloodletting '. In this episode, little Carl Grimes finds relief for his gunshot wound in the caring hands of surgeon/veterinarian Hershel Greene, one of several new additions to the cast of characters. Carl Grimes is in a bad way though, as the bullet fired from Otis' rifle has shattered into half a dozen jagged little pieces that need to be painstakingly removed in a process requiring medical equipment that Hershel does not have in his Civil War-era farm house.

Top-ranked Gilman entered Friday's I-95 Kickoff Classic sporting a national ranking, as well as a yearning to prove it deserved to be mentioned among the nation's elite. Loyola forward Shane Walker had a tough decision to make when he left Maryland after his freshman season. Walker played for two high schools in Virginia after moving from Southampton, England, in 2005, and faced with yet another change of scenery, the 6-foot-10 forward set out to find a place where he would find comfort and stability. If his numbers are any indication, Walker has found his comfort zone this season. The third-team All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference junior leads the Greyhounds with 11 points per game and has scored in double figures in 14 games.
