Cue the Katy Perry music! Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you "Lady Music Week" at William McKinley High. The brainchild of Finn, aka Fetus Face, according to Santana, "Lady Music Week" is music by ladies, for ladies. Fetus Face is worried abut Santana, whom he recently outted in case you missed last week's episode. But basically, Finn wants Santana to know there's a group of people who love and accept her no matter what. Blaine and Kurt kick off "Lady Music Week" with a halfhearted rendition of Pink's "Perfect," which is a pretty kick-butt anthem, if you ask me. But, seriously, can we talk about Kurt's asymmetrical one-sleeved sweater/shawl/cape thing?

Distinctive Trick and jockey Jozbin Santana, racing in last place down the backstretch, waited for a spot to open along the rail and then blew past the field and drew off to an easy victory in yesterday's feature at Laurel Park, the $85,000 Sonny Hine Stakes for 3-year-olds. The dark bay son of Distinctive Pro was the longest shot on the board and paid $38.60. He won by seven lengths over Favalora, another long shot who led the field into the stretch before being overwhelmed by the winner.

LAS VEGAS -- Ring history repeated itself in the most bizarre fashion at Caesars Palace last night when junior middleweight Terry Norris was disqualified -- for the second straight time -- for knocking out World Boxing Council champion Luis Santana with an illegal punch long after the bell had ended the third round.Norris, of Campo, Calif., was a 12-1 favorite, and he dominated the first three rounds, flooring Santana in the second and third rounds. The Dominican native had a glazed expression on his bloodied face when the bell ended the third round.

Repertory cinema continues its run at the Senator Theatre this weekend, with filmed appearances by The Beatles, the living dead, the first actress ever to win an Oscar and Carlos Santana. Janet Gaynor, who won her Oscar in 1929, stars in William Wellman's 1937 A Star Is Born (remade under the same name in 1954, with Judy Garland, and 1976, with Barbra Streisand). Shot in glorious Technicolor, at a time when color was still a relative rarity in Hollywood, the movie offers Gaynor as Vicki Lester, a struggling actress whose career is nurtured along by her mega-star husband, Norman Maine (Fredric March)

Now that I've seen Darrius Heyward-Bey play regularly, I have little doubt about his pro potential. It's not only that he's fast, but he also has a Santana Moss-like ability to go up and get the deep ball in traffic. Quite a few of his catches have come on throws that are less than perfect. The only mystery is why he goes stretches without seeing the ball. Is it that he has problems getting open? I think it's more a combination of defenses rolling toward him and the Terps simply not being able to deliver him the ball.

State Department of Natural Resources Police were seeking a 31-year-old Westminster, Carroll County, man who allegedly abandoned his infant daughter in an isolated area of the Patapsco State Park yesterday. The child, Sabrina Lynn Santana, 9 months, of the 1100 block of Deer Park Road, was not injured and has been reunited with her mother after being examined at Carroll County General Hospital.According to Bob Graham, a DNR spokesman, the incident appeared to be the result of a domestic situation between the man, Esteban Santana Jr., and his wife, Katherine Lynn, 31, also of the Deer Park Road address.

It's "Diva Week" at William McKinley High School, where we learn a diva is "not a trick ass hoe," according to Urban Dictionary. Please read that quote in Emma Pillsbury's voice. Thank you. So first up is Beyoncé's "Diva. " After this week's epic Super Bowl halftime show (during which my beloved Ravens WON!), I don't think anyone should sing Beyoncé but Beyoncé. I do, however, love Marley's purple sequined leotard...I NEED that in my life. Meanwhile, Kurt confesses that sometimes Rachel's singing can be insufferable.

Sidney Ponson, The Minnesota Twins switched starting pitchers right before game time last night, and the Orioles had a terribly hard time switching gears, flailing away against Johan Santana until Marty Cordova found a way to foil his former team. Cordova, who struck out his first two at-bats, hit a two-run homer, and recently acquired utility man Luis Lopez broke things open with his second career grand slam, as the Orioles rolled to a 9-2 victory before 33,858 at Camden Yards. Sidney Ponson improved to 3-1 since the All-Star break, as the Orioles broke a two-game losing streak, beating a Minnesota team that has lost just four times in the past 19 games.
