Services for Ada J. Ziehl, a native of Baltimore, will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Moss-Feaster Funeral Home in Clearwater, Fla.Mrs. Ziehl, who was 89 and moved from Baltimore to Clearwater in 1972, died Tuesday at her home after an apparent heart attack.The former Ada J. Bull graduated from Eastern High School and did secretarial work for the Morgan Millwork Co. before her marriage in 1924.Her husband, John N. Ziehl Sr., a retired payroll clerk for the Eastern Stainless Steel Co., died in 1980.

Linda Ann Lutz, a retired Baltimore police department secretary, died of breast and brain cancer Sunday at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, W.Va. She was 42. She moved to Maysville, W.Va., last year from Rosedale. Born Linda Ann Gallaher in Miami, she was raised in Riviera Beach and attended St. Jane Frances de Chantal Parochial School before graduating in 1978 from Northeast High School. She studied shorthand and secretarial skills at Strayer's Business College. She was a secretary for what was then the city Department of Transit and Traffic, and then for the Police Department where she retired in 1990.

Cardinal John Baptist Wu, 77, head of Hong Kong's Catholic Diocese, who led the church through the sensitive transition from British to Chinese rule, died yesterday of bone marrow cancer. Born in mainland China, he was ordained in 1952 and named a bishop in 1975. He was appointed in 1988 as the first cardinal in Hong Kong, where the Roman Catholic Church has 347,000 followers.
