Brown Enterprises has opened a model of the Yorkshire at Goldsborough Manor in Reisterstown, where the firm is building three-level semidetached condominiums that resemble single-family Victorian homes.Goldsborough Manor is a gated Baltimore County community with such standard features as two-car garages, hardwood flooring in the foyers and powder rooms, oak railings, six-panel interior doors, prewiring for cable television and telephones, and gas cooking, heat and hot water.A 2,400-square-foot home with a starting price of $180,900, the Yorkshire occupies one side of a two-family building and includes a Victorian turret and wraparound porch.

Questar Homes has opened three models at Avalon, a garage townhouse villa community in Pikesville.Public water and sewer, gas heat and hot water and electric cooking are standard features in the Baltimore County development.The Kay starts at $170,000 for 1,700 to 2,400 square feet of finished space.An optional bath, laundry room, 14-by-9-foot den and a 25-by-14-foot recreation room make up the lower level.A foyer, 18-by-13-foot living room, 12-by-14-foot dining room, a garage and a nook kitchen make up the first floor.

Gemcraft Homes has opened six new models at Hickory Overlook, a townhouse community in Bel Air.Public water and sewer, gas heat and hot water and electric cooking are standard features in the Harford County community.Today, the first three models will be featured.The Charleston, boasting 9-foot ceilings, starts at $97,990 for 1,056 square feet of finished space.An optional bath, 9-by-9-foot office, and a 15-by-13-foot recreation room make up the basement. A 16-by-17-foot living room, with crown molding, and a 9-by-16-foot kitchen, placed at the front of the model, are on the first floor.

Kimberly Homes has begun construction at Ryder's Glen in Annapolis, where the firm is building the Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont, three-level townhouses named for the Triple Crown horse races.Gas heat and hot water, central air conditioning, a sprinkler system, bedroom smoke detectors, prewiring for telephones and cable television and insulated double hung tilt windows with screens are standard features.The Belmont is a 1,800-square-foot home with a base price of $98,900. The first floor has a foyer, 12-by-17-foot living room, dining room and kitchen.

Russett Center Limited Partnership is the developer of Russett, in northwestern Anne Arundel County.NV HomesNV Homes has eight homes left at Russett, where the company is building 104 garage townhouses with a starting price of $149,900 for 2,112 square feet on three levels.

Chateau Builders, NV Homes, Patriot Homes and Stanley Martin Homes have opened models at Waverly Woods, a 680-acre planned community in the Woodstock area of Howard County. The Williamsburg Group, a custom builder, is the fifth firm constructing homes at Waverly Woods.Waverly Woods Development Corp. is the developer of the planned community, which will eventually contain an 18-hole golf course designed by Arthur Hill, 1,000 homes, an employment center and more than 300 acres of open space.
