Don't be fooled by a title that makes World's Funniest Commercials 2008 sound like a blooper reel of stupidity. This is one of the most insightful and thought-provoking shows of the TV year. And, oh, by the way, it does something American TV does less and less these days: Exposes viewers to other cultures around the world. But beyond being smart, the show with husband and wife Kevin Nealon and Susan Yeagley is also a smile-maker from the first ad for Wienershnitzel, "the world's most wanted wiener," to an Argentine commercial for a deodorant that has women tearing body parts off the young man who uses it. Note the British ad for a fat guy in a leotard doing gymnastics.
