On March 11, 2004, CHARLES H. PRESTON, JR., beloved husband of the late Evelyn E. Preston (nee Kirsch), and devoted father of Richard R. Preston and his wife Mary, Carol P. Boardman and her husband Donald; brother-in-law of Virginia Hutcherson and her husband Kenneth, and Dorothy Kirsch; also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held in the Pat Martin Room at Edenwald Retirement Community, 800 Southerly Rd., Towson, MD, at 2 P.M. on Thursday, April 1.
