A man exposed himself Saturday in front of a house on Smithy Square, county police said.Police said the man shined a flashlight through a 25-year-old woman's bedroom window about 4 a.m. The man then walked around to the front of the house and stood at the front door with his pants pulled down, police said.After taping a copy of pornographic material to the door, the man ran away, police said.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in identifying a person believed to be responsible for a recent theft of a wallet from a shopper at the Abingdon Walmart. The victim was at the Walmart on Constant Friendship Boulevard on July 2 when a man asked her to help him get something from a shelf, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release Friday. When she finished helping the man, she realized her wallet had been stolen from her purse. The victim's credit cards were used at the Abingdon Target later that morning, the Sheriff's Office said.

Maryland State Police were looking yesterday for a man who robbed the Domino's Pizza in Eldersburg on Tuesday afternoon. An employee at the carryout restaurant in the 1300 block of Liberty Road said a man entered the store about 4:15 p.m. He brandished a black handgun, demanded money from the cash register, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Tfc. S.E. Zimmerman at the Westminster barracks, 410-386-3000.

A 98-year-old woman was attacked at her home Saturday by a man claiming to be selling home improvement services, Baltimore County police said. Police on Tuesday said they are looking for 50-year-old Paul Earnest Howard Jr., of no fixed address, and have an arrest warrant for him in connection with the assault. The county fire department got a medical alert call at 7:46 p.m. Saturday to the home in the 200 block of Gaywood Road, where they found the victim lying on the floor inside.

Annapolis police are looking for a 26-year-old Lansdowne man in connection with a shooting Monday in the city. Annapolis police have issued a warrant for Shaun Donell Joyce and have charged him with attempted murder, authorities said. In a press release, Annapolis police described Joyce as "armed and dangerous." Police advise anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 911. The Annapolis Housing Authority and Metro Crime Solvers are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading authorities to Joyce.

Howard County police have released a photograph of a suspect in Tuesday's robbery of a Wachovia Bank branch Tuesday in Jessup. A bearded white man, wearing an AC/DC T-shirt, baseball cap, sunglasses, jeans and sneakers, entered the bank at 8600 Washington Blvd. about 1:20 p.m. and demanded money from a teller, police said. The man fled after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber did not display a weapon and no one was injured, said county police spokeswoman Cpl. Lisa Myers.

State police were searching yesterday for a man who broke into a single-family cottage on the grounds of Crownsville Hospital Center and raped a 52-year-old female resident.The man entered the cottage between 11: 30 p.m. Saturday and 1: 30 a.m. yesterday, police said. He stole clothing and property, which police declined to describe. They also refused to say how the man entered the dwelling.Investigators believe the suspect was driving a gray BMW with "A" and "M" on the Maryland license plates.

State police were searching for a suspect who shot a man with an automatic handgun yesterday morning outside a motel on U.S. 40 in Perryville, Cecil County. Rusty Roselle of the 400 block of Caroline St. in Charlestown was standing in a parking lot outside his room at the Relax Inn about 12: 50 a.m. when he began arguing with another man, police said. The man pulled out a .45-caliber handgun and shot Roselle once in the stomach before fleeing in a black mid-sized car, said Trooper Steve F. Juergens of the Northeast barracks.

Police are seeking a man who raped a Pennsylvania woman on Wednesday in a wooded area near Gunpowder Falls near the Pennsylvania line.The victim was walking in the woods with three other women about 5: 30 p.m., police said yesterday.She fell behind, and a man came up behind her and assaulted her, said police, who said he did not display a weapon.The man is described as a white male, 16 to 20 years old, with buzz-cut dark hair and a tanned face. He is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds.

State police were seeking a man who reportedly peeped in the window of a Manchester-area home, then punched a man before running off.Richard Lee Davis, 72, of Hanover, Pa., told police he was at the house on Hanover Pike about 10 p.m. Thursday, when he saw a man at the window.Davis confronted the man and was punched twice in the face but was not seriously hurt, police said. The peeper was described as white, in his 20s, about 6 feet tall and 250 pounds.FireManchester: Firefighters from Lineboro and Hampstead assisted Manchester at 8: 06 a.m. Monday for a house fire in the 3200 block of Maple Ave. Units were out one hour and 39 minutes.

Anne Arundel County Police are seeking a man they say attempted to rob a Brooklyn convenience store Sunday before shooting the clerk with a BB gun. The man, described as a thin white man with a goatee wearing a dark jacket with a grey hood, blue pants and brown boots, held up the 7-Eleven in the 4000 block of Ritchie Hwy. in Brooklyn at about 5:08 a.m. Sunday, police said in a news release. The man allegedly shot the clerk with a BB gun after demanding money, police said. After leaving the store without cash or any other items, he ran toward Belle Grove Road, police said.

Anne Arundel County police are seeking help in finding one man, or possibly two men, accused of exposing themselves to women in Glen Burnie. Police have logged several complaints in the Glen Burnie area, including calls to locations in the 7400 block of Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. on Feb. 4, Feb. 10 and Feb. 12; at 16 Mountain Road on Feb. 10 and at 6714 Ritchie Highway on Feb. 15. Police believe there may be two men responsible for the incidents. One suspect is described as a white male, 30 to 40 years old, standing 5 feet 9 inches or 5 feet 10 inches tall.

Baltimore County police are continuing to investigate an attempted armed robbery where the suspects tried to steal dirt bikes as they were being loaded onto a truck in July. Police released on Friday a photo of a man they believe has information about the attempted robbery, where a gun was held to the victim's head in an industrial area in the 6900 block of Quad Ave., not far from Interstate 95, on July 28. The gunman fled into nearby woods and fired several rounds - striking the victim's truck - as the victim chased after him, police said.

Baltimore police are seeking a man in connection with a triple shooting in Northeast Baltimore last month that left a woman dead - though the suspect already had another open warrant for his arrest on murder charges. Darryl Anderson, 25, has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and other assault and weapons charges, and is being sought on a warrant, Baltimore police said Thursday. Police have also charged Tierra Fallin, 29, with first- and second-degree murder and other offenses in the June 27 shooting, which killed Gennie Shird, 21. Police say Fallin was in a dispute a neighbor in the Four by Four neighborhood and the neighbor invited Shird and other women over for protection.

Howard County police are searching for a man who installed a video camera in the bedrooms and bathroom of an Ellicott City condominium where two young women live, unbeknownst to the women. Police released footage of the suspect that was found on the camera after its discovery last month, and are asking for the public's help identifying him following an unsuccessful investigation to date. The man allegedly entered the condo of the women, both in their 20s, multiple times over a period of four months to change the location of the hidden camera, police said.

A 35-year-old Beltsville man was being sought Sunday by Howard County Police for allegedly shooting his estranged girlfriend and one of her friends during a suspected domestic dispute at an Ellicott City spa on Saturday, according to police. Tuan Minh Pham, of the 11900 block of Beltsville Drive, has been charged with two counts each of first-degree attempted murder, second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and second-degree assault, as well as reckless endangerment and multiple gun charges in the incident, police said.

Howard County police are looking for a man who held up a Columbia gas station at gunpoint and fled with cash Sunday.Police said an armed man entered the Mobil station in the 6300 block of Dobbin Road in Owen Brown Village at 6 p.m. and demanded cash.After the cashier complied, the man ran, police said.The robber was described as a clean-shaven black male in his mid- to late 20s, wearing a three-quarter-length denim jacket, jeans and a black and white sweater, police said.Anyone with information should call Howard County police at 313-2220 and the Metro Crime Stoppers Hotline at 276-8888 to qualify for a reward of up to $2,000.

Baltimore County police are seeking one man they believe responsible for holding up three banks in or around Towson since November. In all three cases, police said he handed a teller a note demanding money and implied that he was armed. The first attack occurred shortly before 2 p.m. on Nov. 13 at the Wells Fargo Bank in the 900 block of Fairmount Ave. The second was at an M&T Bank in the 1000 block of York Road about 12:15 p.m. on Jan. 15. Police said the man hit again about 11:45 a.m. on March 8, at the same Wells Fargo Bank branch that was targeted in November.

Ocean City Police are asking for the public's help to find a man who exposed himself to two teenage girls in a parking lot Tuesday. The naked man was standing next to a dumpster at the Whispering Woods Condos at 143rd Street and Tunnel Avenue around 1 a.m., when the 17-year-old and 14-year-old walked by. When they observed the man, he then began masturbating in front of them. The teens ran from the scene and called police. By the time police arrived, the suspect had fled the scene.
