Police reports in Baltimore city and county Central Baltimore Arrests After Officers Frank Schneider and Jimmy Shetterly stopped a Ford Crown Victoria in the 600 block of Mosher St. about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday for a cracked windshield, they seized a loaded handgun from a male passenger and also seized a gas mask normally used when handling powdered drugs that contained suspected heroin residue. Also seized was $3,700 and paperwork from an Anne Arundel County motel. Later, police entered the motel room and seized an additional $11,700.
