Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Eastern Shooting -- A boy, 17, was leaving an alley in the 1600 block of Normal Ave. about 2:40 p.m. Saturday when he was approached by a gunman who chased him and shot him in the left shoulder and left armpit. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital. There was no arrest. Shooting -- A woman, 20, was seated in the dining room of her home in the 2700 block of E. Chase St. about 6 p.m. Saturday when a gunman fired at least one shot through a window and struck the woman before fleeing.

Baltimore Central Shooting -- A 17-year-old boy was reported in good condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center after someone shot him in the arm about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of N. Eutaw St. Assault -- Patrick Muhammad, a 36-year-old attorney, was walking in the 100 block of E. Chase St. about 4:30 p.m. Monday when a man threatened to strike him...

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Southern Stabbing -- Police were seeking a man who entered a barber shop in the 3500 block of 10th St. in Brooklyn, armed with a butcher knife, about 5:15 p.m. Saturday and pursued the barber to a back room. There, the man stabbed the 25-year-old barber in the head and back before fleeing. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. His condition was not available yesterday.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Western Shooting -- Police reported yesterday that a fourth man had been shot about 9 p.m. Sunday at Club International in the 2300 block of W. Baltimore St., where a security officer was killed - reportedly by two men ordered out of the building hours earlier for acting in a disorderly manner. Police said Dwayne Ford, whose age and address were not available, had told detectives investigating the death of Harold Robinson, 39, that he fell and was injured while fleeing the club when gunfire erupted.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Northeastern Arrest -- Two men were arrested Tuesday in a house in the 3300 block of Ramona Ave. by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on warrants charging each man with first-degree murder and related offenses. Held without bail at Central Booking and Intake Center pending bail review hearings before a District Court commissioner were Brandon Green, 22, and Jerome Whitaker, 23, both of the 3300 block of Ramona Ave. Green and Whitaker are each charged with shooting Christopher Clarke, 19, of the 3000 block of Mayfield Ave. about 8 p.m. March 13 in the 3100 block of Cliftmont Ave. Western Robbery try/arrest -- A man suspected of an attempted armed robbery at West North Avenue and Ashburton Street about noon yesterday was captured after he fired at least one shot at pursuing police.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Southern Armed robbery try -- Police were seeking at least five young males who attempted to rob Rite Aid Pharmacy in the 2100 block of W. Patapsco Ave. Wednesday night, but fled when a security officer entered the store. Police said the suspects were in the process of robbing the store about 9 p.m. when Officer Rudon Smith, 54, an employee of Wackenhut Security, entered the store on a routine business check.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Western Shooting -- A 24-year-old man who was shot last week was shot a second time about 3 a.m. Thursday while walking down a street in West Baltimore. The man was walking in the 1200 block of Clendenin St. when he heard a gunshot and felt pain in his left forearm. The man was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was treated and released. No arrest had been made. Information on the first shooting was unavailable.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Southern Arrest -- Rodney Barnwell, 18, of the 4000 block of Walrad St., who was being held at Central Booking and Intake Center on an unrelated charge, was served with a detainer yesterday charging him with attempted murder. Barnwell is accused of shooting a man, 24, in the 4600 block of Pennington Ave. on Aug. 18. Central Robbery -- A man, 35, was walking in the 900 block of Brooks Lane about 1 p.m. Monday when a man armed with a shotgun robbed him of $320.

Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County. Baltimore Northwestern Robbery try/shooting -- A 23-year-old man was walking in the 4000 block of Fords Lane about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday when he was stopped by two men, one armed with a handgun, who demanded his money. When the victim pushed one of the men aside and tried to flee, the gunman shot him in the upper left arm and shoulder. The gunman and his accomplice fled. Police said the victim ran to his home and was taken to Sinai Hospital, where he was treated and released.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Western Baltimore Body found: Children playing in the rear of the 1000 block of N. Arlington Ave. on Sunday found the body of a man whose identity has not been released. Police said the man's death has been ruled suspicious, pending the results of an autopsy by the state medical examiner's office. Northwestern Baltimore Shooting/arrest: A 16-year-old boy was arrested Monday at Northwestern High School on a warrant charging him as an adult with attempted murder.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Southern Baltimore Victim identified : Police identified a man shot Sunday in the 1200 block of Hollins St. as Brock Tatum, 21, of the 2400 block of Guilford Ave. Police responding to a shooting about 1 a.m. found Tatum lying in the street bleeding from a bullet wound to the head. He died about 30 minutes later at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888 is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Central Baltimore Homicide arrest: James Wesley Spriggs, 28, of the 2800 block of Edgecombe Circle in Northwest Baltimore was arrested Wednesday by members of the Regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder and a handgun violation. The scene of the arrest was not disclosed. Police said Spriggs is charged with shooting Brian Goodwin, 21, multiple times in the 500 block of Bloom St. near Pennsylvania Avenue about 11 p.m. June 19, 2008, during a drug dispute.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Eastern Baltimore Robbery: A woman, 20, was standing at a bus stop in the 2800 block of E. Monument St. about 6 a.m. Tuesday when she was verbally threatened by a man who forced her to give up her purse and cell phone. Baltimore Co. -- Parkville Theft: A couple was attempting to drive away from the Safeway at North Plaza Mall in the 8800 block of Waltham Woods Road about 5:30 p.m. Monday after stealing razors, ice cream and cold medicine, all valued at $119, when they were detained by a store security officer.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Southwestern Baltimore Theft: Police were seeking two people who entered the Game Stop in the 2400 block of Frederick Ave. about 4 p.m. Monday and stole a video game system valued at $160. Theft: Someone removed a copper flower urn from a grave site at Loudon Park Cemetery in the 2600 block of Wilkens Ave. between Sept. 28 and Monday. Burglary: Three air-conditioning units, five windows, a refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer, all valued at $4,000, were stolen between April 24 and Sunday from a house under renovation in the 1700 block of DeSoto Road.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Eastern Baltimore Shooting/arrest: A 64-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday at his home in the 2100 block of Homewood Ave. and was charged with attempted murder in the shooting a short time earlier of another man. Police responding to a report of a shooting shortly after 1 a.m. found the victim, 52, lying in the street and bleeding from a bullet wound to the upper body. The victim, whose name was not released, was taken by a city Fire Department ambulance to an area hospital.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Northeastern Baltimore Shooting/arrest : Two men were arguing outside a house in the 4900 block of Harford Road about 8:30 a.m. Sunday when one pulled out a handgun and shot the other man multiple times, once in the face. The victim, 39 and a resident of the house, was taken by ambulance to an area hospital and was reported in serious condition. Agent Donny Moses, a police spokesman, said the victim was expected to survive. Arrested at the scene and charged with attempted murder and related charges and being held at Central Booking and Intake Center was Conti Mims, 47, of the 1600 block of Ruxton Ave. Western Baltimore Burglary : Police were seeking the person or persons who broke into a deli over the weekend.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Northeastern Baltimore Robbery: A boy, 15, was standing outside a snowball stand at Woodlea Avenue and Walther Boulevard about 7:40 p.m. Tuesday when he was struck in the face by two other teenage boys who robbed him of his cell phone. The crew of a city police helicopter was over the crime scene moments later and spotted a youth fitting the description of one of the robbers walking about two blocks away. Ground units arrested him. A short time later, police arrested the second suspect nearby.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Northeastern Baltimore Shooting/arrest: A boy, 15, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with first-degree assault in the July 26 shooting of a man, 24, in the 2800 block of Harford Road in the city's Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello community. The youth's name was withheld pending investigation. Police said the victim was shot in the left knee and was treated at an area hospital. Police knew of no motive for the shooting. Baltimore Co. -- Pikesville Armed robbery: Three teenage boys and a teenage girl were sitting in a car parked on a lot in the 6900 block of Liberty Road near Essex Road shortly before midnight Tuesday when two males, one armed with a handgun, approached and demanded their money and property.

Police reports in Baltimore city and county: Central Baltimore Theft: A navigational system and its mount, all valued at $250, were stolen between Monday and Tuesday from a 2006 Subaru parked in the 500 block of Cathedral St. Balto. Co. -- Pikesville Assault/robbery/arrest: A woman, 28, was walking her dog along Seven Mile Lane near Slade Avenue about 5 p.m. Tuesday when she was attacked by a man who struck her several times and stole her cell phone. Several people witnessed the incident and called police.
