Police reports in Baltimore city and county Southeastern Baltimore Arrests City police and Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive federal agents raided a house in the 1100 block of Bonsal St. Wednesday and arrested two men on warrants and seized an 8mm rifle and several ounces of suspected cocaine. Arrested and charged with weapon and drug violations were Jimmie Newell, 47, whose address was not available, and Randy Carver, 52, of the Bonsal Street address. Theft Someone broke into Hertz Equipment Rentals in the 5500 block of O'Donnell St. between Tuesday night and early Wednesday and pumped out 1,742 gallons of diesel fuel from an underground storage tank.

Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report: Aberdeen Frank Earl Jackson, 48, of the 600 block of South Stepney Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with trespassing. Christopher John Gillich, 41, of the 1900 block of Park Beach Drive, was charged Sunday with indecent exposure. Robert Leroy Burkey, 29, of the first block of Lewis Drive, was charged Monday with violating a protective order.

Harford County sheriff's deputies and state police report: Aberdeen Addidas Maurice Doby, 25, of the 1300 block of Tralee Circle, was charged Saturday with marijuana possession. Jamie Lee Kewer, 34, of the 300 block of Woodland Green Court, was charged Saturday with theft less than $1,000. Amanda Lynn Walker, 33, of the 600 block of Market Street was charged Saturday with two counts of drug possession other than marijuana. Michael Elijah Christian, 22, of the 100 block of Woodland Green Way, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
