On October 13, 2008, ROBERT JULIAN PHILLIPS, of Parkville (United States Army Veteran); beloved husband of the late Doris L. Phillips; devoted father of Robert J. Phillips and wife Linda C., Francis X. Phillips, Kathy Shanahan and husband Patrick S. Shanahan, Sr. and Daniel P. Phillips; dear brother of Jane Davis; cherished grand- father of eight; loving great-grandfather of three. Also survived by many relatives and friends. Family and friends will honor Robert's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Thursday, October 16, 2008, 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral liturgy will be held 9 a.m. Friday at St. Ursula Catholic Church.
