Hale and the late Doris Elizabeth Hale; loving father of Debra Collins, Linda Grode and Carol LaRotonda; devoted grand father of 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild; dear stepfather of Karen Norris, Tom O'Leary, Steven O'Leary and the late Joanne O'Leary DeMarino. On February 7, 2003, A. PAUL TUDDER, of Millersville, Md. beloved husband of Jean L. Tudder, loving father of Dr. Paul A. Tudder, Kathleen L. Herminghaus and George B. Tudder. Dear brother of Helen Bivans, Carol Davis, Bette Baxter, Joseph Tudder and the late Mavis and Donald Tudder. Devoted grandfather of eight grandchildren. A Celebration of life will be held 2 P.M. on April 5 at the Severna Park United Methodist Church. Interment with honors will be held 2 P.M. on April 7 at Arlington National Cemetery.

On June 28, 2006, MARTHA I. LESLIE, of cancer, at her home. Survivors include her husband of 56 years Brian Leslie, one son, Warren Hugh Leslie, two daughters, Nina Keska and Debra Hall, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Lynn Edward Sipe III, who worked in accounts receivable management, was killed April 4 in a Kent County traffic accident. The Cecilton resident was 32. Mr. Sipe, whose car was involved in an accident with a school bus on Route 213, died at the scene. His wife of a 1 1/2 years, the former Emily Rowe Tarrant, said the accident is under investigation by Maryland State Police. Mr. Sipe was born in Annapolis and raised in Severna Park. He was a 1994 graduate of Severna Park High School, where he played varsity baseball.

On March 18, 2005, GIRARD F. LONG, Executive Director of Pastoral Counseling Services of Maryland, died at his home in Piney Orchard of leukemia, he was 57. Jerry is survived by his wife Janet Long, children Chelsea Bahlman, Summer Long and Joshua Long, brother James and his wife Ruth Long; son-in-law David Bahlman and grandsons Jack Henry Bahlman and Luke Girard Bahlman. Services will be held Tuesday March 22 at 11:00 A.M. at Severna Park United Methodist Church. A memorial service for James L. Blose, a former Anne Arundel County and Baltimore police officer, will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Road.Mr. Blose, 37, died Thursday in Hermitage, Pa.A funeral service will be held in Sharpsville, Pa., at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Donaldson-Money Funeral Home.Mr. Blose had worked and lived in Anne Arundel County since 1986. For the previous two years, he worked for the FBI, and from 1976 to 1984 he was on the Baltimore police force.
