(wife, Michelle Nunn). A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday the 29th of April at the Episcopal Church of the Advent (Palm City, FL). Jimi Helen McCormick, a first lady of the McCormick spice, seasonings and flavorings firm, died Friday of cancer at Stella Maris Hospice. She was 74 and had homes in Reisterstown and Stuart, Fla. Born Jimi Helen Faulk in Jackson, Miss., she lived in Southern California as a child. After her father's death, she was partially raised by aunts and uncles in Methodist parsonages in Mississippi and Louisiana, where she attended schools. Her mother, Minnie Rae Faulk, was a Washington dressmaker.

WILSON "BILL"De MONT BAYSINGER, December 13, 1936- July 8, 2006. WILSON BAYSINGER lost his phenomenal fight against cancer on Saturday, July 08, 2006. He died peacefully at his Palm City, FL home with his wife Mary and their dog Biscayne by his side. He was born in Syracuse NY and after living and being schooled in Schenectady, Auburn and Philadelphia, he moved with his family to Zanesville, Ohio and finished high school there. Wilson graduated from Ohio Weslayen University in 1958, where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.
