Cedar Cafe in Towson has been open for a year, but the Middle Easern cafe is having its official grand opening on Saturday. Owner Buthaina Mansour said she took over the Burke Avenue space about a year ago but did no marketing or advertising. Instead, she renovated the space entirely. Now that those renovations are done, Mansour said, she's ready for company. The cafe's menu includes Middle Eastern staples like humus, baba ghanoush, shawarma, falafel and charcoal kebabs. The highest-priced item is lamb kebab at $13.95.  The festivities at Cedar Cafe will include a ribbon cutting ceremony with Fifth District County Councilman David Marks.
