Friends may visit the family owned MARCH FUNERAL HOME WEST INC., 4300 Wabash Avenue on Monday after 9. Family will receive friends on Tuesday at Payne Memorial A.M.E Church, 1714 Madison Ave, at 11:30. Followed by funeral services at 12.

On April 19, 2004; WILLIAM OTIS OLIVER; beloved husband of Cordelia Daniels Oliver; devoted father of Sandra Oliver Heningburg; brother of Selma Sue Rozier; loving grandfather of Michael Heningburg, Jr. and wife Jeanine Downie Heningburg. He is also survived by one great-granddaughter, Jade Irma Heningburg and a host of other relatives and friends. On Thursday, friends may call at Mt. Vernon Place United Methodist Church, 10 E. Mt.
