CBS."Babylon 5" (8 p.m.-9 p.m., WNUV, Channel 54) -- A reporter for Interstellar Network News promises to do an unbiased story on Babylon 5. Wanna bet he breaks that promise?

Romance seems to be all over the place on TV tonight. I wonder why?"Unsolved Mysteries" (8 p.m.-9 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11) -- "UM" wishes everyone a Happy Valentine's Day by looking at a bunch of alleged aphrodisiacs, seeking answers to the burning question of whether such foods as chocolate, honey and oysters can affect one's sex drive. Plus, is it really possible that an asteroid could crash into the Earth, ending life as we know it? (What a stroke of luck NBC has this show to air just two days before its ratings-month blockbuster, "Asteroid," dramatizes that very possibility!

For once, it's the re-runs that are worth watching tonight. So travel back in time with Nickelodeon to 1972, when must-see TV was exactly that.Figure skating (9 p.m.-11 p.m., WBAL, Channel 11) -- Brian Boitano, Kurt Browning, Kristi Yamaguchi, Ekaterina Gordeeva and Torvill & Dean are among competitors in the World Professional Figure Skating Championships, taped last month at the USAir Arena in Landover. NBC."20/20" (10 p.m.-11 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2) -- Raves, the all-night, underground dance parties where drugs tend to flow as freely as the beat, are investigated by correspondent Lynn RTC Sherr.

A pair of holiday movies dominates tonight's lineup: One's the charming (and hilarious) tale of a kid who only wants one thing for Christmas and a dad who just wants to sit in a chair and stare at his lamp made out of a mannequin's leg. Last week, CBS filled Friday night with a "Dallas" reunion telemovie, and won the night with entertainment programming for the first time in years. This week, having removed "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" from the Friday lineup, CBS is filling the space with a double helping of "Nash Bridges." Considering the ratings difficulties CBS is having on this particular night, the move almost can be considered a "Bridges" over troubled water."Sliders" (8 p.m.-9 p.m., WBFF, Channel 45) -- The alternate-universe travelers slide into a world where men can give birth -- a world last glimpsed on a memorable dream sequence on "The Cosby Show."

Can disaster be far behind in this repeat? The musical group Immature provides the music. ABC."Diagnosis Murder" (8 p.m.-10 p.m., WJZ, Channel 13) -- In the series pilot, "A Twist of the Knife," Suzanne Pleshette stars as an old flame of Dr. Sloan's who may have helped hasten a politician's untimely demise. So Dick Van Dyke quit writing comedy, left Mary Tyler Moore, checked into med school and ended up with Suzanne Pleshette.

All you "Price Is Right" fans, come on down!"The Price Is Right 25th Anniversary Special" (8 p.m.-9 p.m., WJZ, Channel 13) -- Has Bob Barker really been doing this for a quarter century, having screaming people try to guess how much something costs? Have models (and Vanna White prototypes) like Janice Pennington, Dian Parkinson, Kathleen Bradley and Chantel Dubay really spent a quarter century pointing at and caressing merchandise? You betcha. (Although Parkinson, who once sued Barker for sexual harassment, doesn't seem to have been invited to the party.
