Peacock, the founding pastor of Our Lady of Victory Roman Catholic Church in Catonsville, died Saturday of heart failure at St. Martin's Home in Catonsville after a lengthy illness. He was 89.In 1952, Archbishop Francis Patrick Keough told Monsignor Peacock that he would be the first pastor of a new church to be built on the grounds of what had been St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys, said the Rev. William Franken, current pastor of Our Lady of Victory parish.
