It's June. The "Wrestlemania hangover" is now far in the rear-view mirror. Some fans may have moved away from WWE for the time being. SummerSlam is in 2 months. It's in this sweet spot where something spectacular seems to happen on WWE Raw -- something that gets people talking. Last year, Vince McMahon returned to Raw for the first time in over a year. In 2011, CM Punk dropped a "pipe bomb" on television. In 2010, the Nexus formed. In 2009, Donald Trump bought Raw. In 2008, Vince McMahon vowed to give away $1 million.

When Roman Reigns went down with injury, we knew someone would have to step up to take his place as the No. 2 face in the company for the time-being. Based on Monday night, that person is going to be Dean Ambrose. At the beginning of the show, Ambrose came out to run down Seth Rollins and say how much he wanted to get his hands on him. Then John Cena came out, as Rollins cost Cena on Sunday, and said he wanted some revenge as well. The Authority then came out, saying that Rollins wouldn't fight tonight, but instead of waiting, both Ambrose and Cena attacked, chasing Rollins to the back, to the point where Rollins had to drive off. Matches were made for Ambrose vs. Kane, and Cena vs. Orton.

Night of Champions has had a lackluster build, but the pay-per-view could end up directing the flow of the WWE for the next few months. The WWE seems to always get in a bit of a rut after SummerSlam. They had so much geared up toward the big event, that they have a bit of a hangover in September or October. This year has been no different, as they have limped to this weekend's pay-per-view, Night of Champions. Once you throw Roman Reigns' injury into the equation, which takes out one of the marquee matches in Reigns against Seth Rollins, and there has to be a lot of questions swirling around this show.

Mark Henry, who has been delighting Maryland diners since he put the Milton Inn back on the map a couple of decades ago, has retired as executive chef of the Oregon Grille in Cockeysville, where he's been since 1997. Owner Ted Bauer says Henry and his wife are moving to Virginia, where the chef plans to garden and "just kick back." Henry, who opened the Oregon Grille, allowed plenty of time for a national search for his replacement. He also stayed long enough to work with his successor, Stefan Sabo, for a few weeks, "so there's been excellent continuity," Bauer says.

Jus put it in front of me and get out of the way."His desire to become the strongest man in the world is just as big as his appetite."I don't want to be the second strongest man in the United States or the second strongest man in the world. They don't get much attention," said Henry. "I definitely want to be No. 1."Henry draws plenty of attention.

Baltimore will get its first fusion cuisine restaurant -- or at least the first so named -- when Profusions opens on March 27 at 322 N. Charles St., where Nyammin's used to be.Chef Ten Vong, who has worked at Jeannier's and the Milton Inn, describes the food as a mix of different ethnic influences, predominantly French and Asian. Look for such dishes as rabbit wrapped in banana leaves with grilled baby corn and scallions and crawfish soup with duxelle-stuffed won tons and julienne vegetables.

John Cena returned after a one-week absence to hype his rematch with Brock Lesnar, and it was like he never left. After losing in brutal fashion to Lesnar at Summerslam, many wondered how that would affect Cena's character. It was one of the more brutal losses in wrestling and, especially if he was going for a rematch, it seemed something would have to change for Cena to be able to compete with Lesnar once again. However, based on Monday night, it seems nothing will change in Cena's quest to recapture the WWE World Heavyweight Title.

WWE TITLE : JOHN CENA VS. MARK HENRY  I only needed the "retirement" segment a few weeks ago on RAW to make me interested in Mark Henry as a title contender. It was well executed and fooled a lot of people. While I will watch this match with interest, I do think John Cena takes this one and Mark Henry is a one-time challenger. SummerSlam is the WWE's second biggest pay-per-view of the year, and I don't think Henry will be the WWE title challenger there. That position will go to Daniel Bryan, the man who has been getting the loudest reactions lately among the WWE Superstars and Divas.

What a difference a week makes. It's not like the members of The Shield weren't already on an upward trajectory to main event status. But, when you get to interact with The Undertaker to the degree the trio did last week in WWE, that's a game changer. On Raw last week, The Shield beat The Undertaker, Kane and Daniel Bryan. On Smackdown, The Undertaker beat Dean Ambrose, but then The Shield left the Dead Man laying and vulnerable. This week, The Shield was victorious again, against the team of Team Hell No and John Cena.

Milton Inn, 14833 York Road, Sparks, (410) 771-4366. Open Mondays to Fridays for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays for dinner only. No-smoking area: yes. Appetizers, $8.75; main courses, $27; prix fixe, $50. ***The good news/bad news take on the Milton Inn:Several months after it lost its chef, Mark Henry, the Milton Inn is still one of the area's best restaurants.Unfortunately, you have to sell your firstborn to pay for dinner here. Now I know that if you have to ask how much dinner at the Milton Inn costs, you can't afford it, so it's really beside the point that all the main courses are priced at $27. But aren't you staggered that on a cold, rainy midweek night a restaurant that charges $27 for every entree was packed?
