On Monday, March 14, 2005, MARIE JOYCE BOSLEY, formerly of Catonsville, MD and more recently of Morgantown, WV, passed away at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Bosley on March 16, 2000 and daughter, Darlene Renee Bosley Mullinix on October 2, 1998. Family and friends will be received at Hastings Funeral Home on Thursday, March 17 from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, March 18 from noon until the time of Funeral Service at the Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul Cayton officiating.

On March 14, 2003 PHILOMENA M. DIBLASI, age 91, of Ocean Pines, MD. She is survived by her son Joseph dV. Diblasi, sister Susie Arena, granddaughters Diane Bealefeld and Susan Attenberger, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial offered at St. Clement Catholic Church on Monday, March 17 at 10:30 A.M. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at the chapel of Cvach-Rosedale Funeral Home on Chesaco Avenue. Interment will be in the Garden of Faith Cemetery.

On March 13, 2007, MARY IRENE (Kyle) of Ellicott City, beloved wife of William Henry Brettschneider, loving mother of Cathie Irene Brettschneider and William Leslie Brettschneider, mother-in-law of Tammie Brettschneider and grandmother of Leslie Ann, Olivia Elaine and Joshua Kyle Brettschneider. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 2 P.M., at Christian Temple, 5820 Edmondson Avenue in Catonsville. The family will receive visitors approximately one hour before the service.

Evening Sun, March 17, 1965, Harford County commissioners approved a new design for the county's coat-of-arms. On March 19, 1840, the General Assembly approved a full charter for Havre de Grace. The charter lasted 30 years. Commission meetings were held on the first Saturday of each month at the schoolhouse.
