Baltimore CityROBBERY: Southwestern District -- Two men, one armed with a handgun, stole a 1992 Chevrolet pickup truck last night when the driver stopped at a red light in the 4600 block of Frederick Ave. The driver of the vehicle, a resident of the 1200 block of Frederick Road in Baltimore County, told police she and a friend were driving west about 11:45 p.m. when she stopped for a red light. Before the light turned green, two men, one armed with a gun, forced her and a passenger out of the truck and drove off. Police said the driver and her companion thought the robbery had occurred in the county and flagged down a passing county officer.

A 48-year-old jailed murderer has been captured more than three months after he escaped from authorities through the rear of a prison bus that had stopped at a red light downtown.Levi Arthur Hudson, who was serving a life plus 20-year sentence for a double murder in 1968, was arrested without incident by FBI agents about 2 p.m. yesterday in an apartment in the 6600 block of St. Vincent's Lane in West Baltimore, the bureau said."It was just good police work" that led to his arrest, said James Dearborn, an FBI spokesman.
