She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two sisters, one brother, four daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, one grandson-in-law, a host of other relatives and friends. Northwest Baltimore shooting victim dies A 23-year-old man died yesterday after being shot in the head Sunday night in Northwest Baltimore, city police said. About midnight, Baltimore police officers found the victim, Craig Colvin of the 2600 block of Quantico Ave., on the street in the 3100 block of Virginia Ave. near Delaware Avenue, police said. Paramedics took the man to nearby Sinai Hospital, where he died about 2:30 a.m. yesterday, police said. Police did not release information about a possible motive or suspect.

Honor business students at the Macklin Business Institute at Montgomery College descended upon Project Ascent in Frederick last week for a one-day retreat. At Project Ascent, the 14 students from the Rockville college participated in activities meant to hone their problem-solving skills and build trust in others.
