On Thursday, May 6, 2004, THELMA P. ESTES; beloved wife of the late Roland E. Estes and dear mother of Dardanelles, Dennis, Thelma, Roger and Robin; also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Mrs. Estes will rest at the JOSEPH L. RUSS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 2222 W. North Avenue, on Tuesday from 3 to 8 P.M. A Wake will be held at Macedonia Baptist Church, Lafayette and Fremont Avenues, on Wednesday from 10:30 to 11 A.M., with funeral services to follow. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.

On April 20, 2004, Mrs. OWENS, beloved wife of Larry W. Owens; devoted mother of Thelma C. Owens; loving daughter of Ruth V. Saunders. Also survived by one brother , Albert J. On March 19, 2004, PEARL E. MEAD (nee Holloway, aka Lindsay, Barham) beloved widow of the late Charles Mead and mother of Wardell Lindsay and Reginald Lindsay. Left to cherish her memory are two sons, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
