Yes! Fashionistas don't have to drive to the 'burbs to get style. Baltimore's Harbor East announced that four popular retailers will open late summer along the Aliceanna Street corridor.  Anthropologie will open at 280 International Drive in the Four Seasons Hotel. J. Crew, which abandoned downtown Baltimore in 2009, will be housed at 701 Aliceanna St., in the Legg Mason Tower. Lululemon Athletica, a sport apparel shop that gets its inspiration from yoga, will move into 820 Aliceanna St., which neighbors the White House Black Market.

Baltimore Ravens' Lardarius Webb will headline FashionEASTa, the annual Harbor East fashion show that highlights the neighborhood's top retailers. Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics will open its first Baltimore store early this summer at Harbor East. The retailer bills itself as offering "ethical" skin care, hair care and bath and body products. It will open its fourth Maryland store at 1001 Aliceanna Street, Harbor East representatives said, joining national retailers Under Armour Brand House, J.Crew, Anthropologie, lululemon athletica, MAC Cosmetics, City Sports and White House/Black Market along with regional and local shops.

The addition of four national retailers - Anthropologie, J. Crew, MAC Cosmetics and Lululemon Athletica - at Harbor East could solidify the Baltimore waterfront neighborhood as one of the region's top shopping destinations, local retail consultants and business owners said Wednesday. "It makes downtown even more vibrant and attractive to high-quality, upscale retailers," said Mark Millman, chief executive officer of the retail executive hiring firm Millman Search Group in Owings Mills.

" The growth along the brick-paved sidewalks has been accelerating, turning Harbor East into the city's hottest shopping destination.

Last month's raid on the Patapsco Flea Market in Southwest Baltimore netted $47.3 million worth of counterfeit luxury goods, the largest seizure at a flea market in the United States, federal authorities announced Thursday. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations also confiscated $1.5 million in cash, which it described as "suspected criminal proceeds. " Federal officials released new details of the April 22 raid on the bazaar, where authorities say vendors sold counterfeit and pirated goods with the market owner's knowledge.

Frank Angelo, 49, a co-founder of M.A.C. cosmetics, a line known for its innovative advertising, died Sunday of cardiac arrest after surgery in Florida. Mr. Angelo was in Coral Gables planning the opening of a M.A.C. boutique in Miami Beach. He co-founded the Toronto-based company in 1985. M.A.C. was lauded for its bold advertisements and promotions, which featured the likes of transvestite entertainer RuPaul and singer k. d. lang. In 1994, Mr. Angelo founded the M.A.C. AIDS fund, which has raised $5.5 million to finance education on and prevention of acquired immune deficiency syndrome, as well as services to those with the disease.

J. Crew and Anthropologie will open their planned Harbor East stores next week, the developer of the waterfront neighborhood said Wednesday. J. Crew will open next Wednesday at the base of the Legg Mason Tower on International Drive,  followed by Anthropologie on Friday at the base of the Four Seasons Hotel, also on International Drive. The retailers had announced the new store locations, the first in Baltimore city, in April. Also coming soon to the Harbor East retail scene -- MAC Cosmetics, with an opening date to be announced, and Lululemon Athletica, expected to open in the next couple of months, Harbor East Management Group said.
