Kim's daughter, Kimberly, is getting ready to head to prom. And though her storyline has been put on the backburner so far, this was pretty cute. Kimberly's boyfriend picks her up and it's all adorable and perfectly awkward with Kim talking about chicken salad and trying to get them to have a cup of lemonade or some other such nonsense. We also get to spend a little more time with Kyle's teenage daughter, Alexa, who is in the process of learning how to drive. What kind of car does Kyle decide to let her practice in?

As a housewife and mother of three young children ages 6, 7, and 8 living in the suburbs of Baltimore, I find myself intoxicated by the Bravo reality television series "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. " I think this group -- more than any other Housewives grouping (Atlanta, New York, New Jersey or Orange County) -- symbolizes what is possible when you have millions in the bank … yet these women seem to face the same dysfunction that I experience on a daily basis, only in a fancier home with a lot more shoes.

The title, "Down and Left Out in Beverly Hills" signaled that we were in for some childish shenanigans this episode, and the ladies delivered -- starting with good, old Lisa. Lisa Vanderpump is having an anniversary party for her restaurant, Villa Blanca, and doesn't invite long-time neighbor, Adrienne Maloof. The two ladies have had issues in the past - the usual reality TV drama - but Taylor Armstrong still spills the news about the party, asking Adrienne to shop for party dresses with her. Taylor, who "gained 10 pounds" and can no longer fit any of her tiny dresses, looks all doe-eyed and confused when she realizes her error.

We start off with Vicki's highly anticipated arrival to Heather's clam bake, and the tension between the women could not be any more awkward. Gretchen and Tamra worry about how to approach Vicki about her controversial face "tweaking. " Heather, of course, plays Switzerland and is happy for Vicki and her personal life decisions. Gentlemen, take notes on Terry's philosophical advice on women: "Asking a woman if they've had plastic surgery is like asking your wife if she's gained weight ... you just don't do it. " You can, however, tell women that they appear to have lost weight.

So, last week, I wasn't here for performance night and Dorothy withdrew on results night. Oh, and TOM BERGERON REPLIED TO A TWEET OF MINE AND TALKED ABOUT HIS BUTT AND I DIED AND AM WRITING THIS FROM THE GREAT BEYOND. Ahem.   Tonight is "Prom Night. " Of course I went to my prom; I didn't want that "something's gone missing" feeling Iona described in Pretty in Pink. Oh, fun! The judges are decked out for prom night - Len in a bright pink ruffled tuxedo shirt and Bruno in a white tuxedo.
