Tonight "Dancing with the Stars" viewers were treated to a mish-mash of the classical stylings of Andrea Bocelli, rap by Flo Rida and a pop medley by Cirque du Soleil set to Michael Jackson tunes. Covering all musical bases. ESPN sportscaster Kenny Mayne, NFL great Jerry Rice and DWTS judge Len Goodman revived their DanceCenter spoof this episode, confirming that the show has a good sense of humor. It also provided plenty of jabs at Kim Kardashian's marriage and Maksim Chmerkovskiy's ego. Breezing into the semifinals were J.R. Martinez, Hope Solo and Ricki Lake.

The opening number is totally not ballroom. It's closer to jazz and hip-hop or I don't know what. Shirtless Keo Motsepe  though, so I don't care. Head judge Len Goodman  offers two dances as the possible encore - Janel Parrish & Val Chmerkovskiy  or Lea Thompson & Artem Chigventsev - and the audience will decide via Twitter who gets to dance.  The first couples up for results are Randy Couture & Karina Smirnoff , Betsey Johnson & Tony Dovolani  and Lea & Artem . From last night's extra footage, we see that Lea was wiping away tears at the end of Betsey's performance.

No one wants to be kicked off the show, but especially not the week when you reveal a very personal story on live TV. The results show is designed to drag out the aforementioned results with a mix of guest performances by singers and dancers. But tonight's show featured a most eclectic mix of Mary J. Blige, a Southern belle number performed to an instrumental piece from "Gone With the Wind" and judge Len Goodman twistin' to a surprise performance by Chubby Checker (who even laid a wet one on Estelle, who accompanied him in singing "The Twist")

It's "American Icons" night for the Semifinals. Choreographer and director Kenny Ortega is the guest judge tonight. Candace Cameron Bure & Mark Ballas, Viennese Waltz Candace's frame is pretty good during this, with her head laid back like they like. However, her hands are a little weird in extension sometimes and I'm still not in love with her foot placement. Len Goodman thinks the pressure got to Candace tonight, with a couple of mistakes showing up in the routine.

Dancers drew inspiration this week from famous movie scores. That meant lightsabers, suspension cables, swords, whips and lots of other flashy props. Oh, and there was some dancing, too. Unfortunately, a few dancers lost focus on their actual choreography - perhaps distracted by all those extra props. Best dancing: Ricki Lake's and Derek Hough's tango to "Psycho. " The technical execution and acting surpassed all others of the night. They were just 1 point shy of earning three perfect 10s from the judges.

The finale of "Dancing with the Stars" summed up season 13 in an over-dramatized recap of Ricki Lake conquering her personal demons, J.R. Martinez exposing his vulnerability and Rob Kardashian blossoming from a boy into a man. Yup, that about sums it up, in a very melodramatic way. Each of the finalists got to resurrect a favorite performance of the season. For Ricki and partner Derek Hough, that was the "Psycho" tango they performed during Hollywood week. A strong choice and certainly one of their more memorable dances with the shadow play, intense music and mood.

It's "Prom Night" on Dancing with the Stars , and Jacoby Jones tells Karina Smirnoff he went to his prom "on a last-minute thing. " He was 5'7" and 160 pounds, and went stag. Once at prom, he played some pranks and got kicked out. Oooh, scandal! Jacoby's high school was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina when he was a college student. He's dedicating tonight's dance to his alma mater, Marion Abramson High School.   During rehearsals, the Ravens player keeps saying "rhumba" to rhyme with "Roomba" the self-propelled vacuum cleaner.

Ugh. Disney songs and Donny Osmond. This is not going to be my favorite night. They've given the show the traditional Disney opening, with a mirror ball behind Cinderella's castle. The pros start the night with a medley of Disney songs. Donny Osmond is introduced as guest judge. Charlie and Sharna are safe, then Drew and Cheryl get their good news. Drew Carey & Cheryl Burke, Quickstep From "Aladdin," "Friend Like Me" Drew and Cheryl are glad to be back together this week.

Tonight is partner switch night and Julianne Hough is a guest judge. Maybe she'll snark on Mark Ballas some more. I loved that. The opening number has the pros dancing while the stars make their entrances one-by-one, without partners. Drew is in a gold lamé suit and I approve wholeheartedly. It's very reminiscent of what Elvis Presley wore on the cover of "50,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong. " We'll find out later if that's intentional. Julianne is wearing a weird top/dress that has a boob window.

Jacoby Jones entered tonight's “Dancing with the Stars” finale in fourth place. Bruno Tonioli reiterates the concern that Jacoby's freestyle, with its large-scale production, overshadowed Jacoby himself. Len Goodman, however, has nothing but kind things to say about Jacoby. Host Tom Bergeron explains that because abc.com went down during the East Coast broadcast of last night's show, none of the votes cast through the ABC website were counted. The calls, texts and Facebook votes were the votes used to determine tonight's results.

Hello, darlings. We're back in the ballroom, this time with a bunch of new dancers. That All-Star season had its moments, but was kind of a dud overall. Lordie. Someone's given Barbara Barrie's hair to Kellie Pickler. (Relevant fact about Barrie: She's 81-years-old.) I get that Kellie shaved her head in solidarity with a friend being treated for cancer. But that doesn't answer why the hairstylist tonight hates her. This new Lindsay pro (who I have a vague recollection of from "So You Think You Can Dance")
