A couple centuries after Benjamin Franklin discoveredelectricity, basketball players at a Philadelphia school named after him are still getting the shock treatment.No. 1 St. Frances (14-3) routed the visitors, 71-44, in the final game last night in the Mayor Kurt L. Schmoke Basketball Academy tournament, giving the Electrons (7-5) something to think about during their long drive home up Interstate 95.Mark Karcher had 21 points, five rebounds and five assists, and 6-foot-8 teammate Shawn Hampton added 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Panthers.
