On March 14, 2006, DOROTHY IRENE LANGFORD (nee Montgomery) beloved wife of the late Arthur Calvin Langford Sr., and devoted mother of Diane Mullineaux, Ronald Kenneth Langford Sr., Calvin Robert Langford, Dawn Michelle Pierce and the late Helen May Langford and Arthur Calvin Langford Jr. Also survived by eleven grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, sister of John K. Montgomery and Leona M. Harden. Friends are invited to call at the Burgee-Henss-Sietz Funeral Home Inc., 3631 Falls Road on Thursday and Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:30 A.M. Interment in Moreland Memorial Park.

On July 19, 2005, LANGFORD KIDD, M.D.; beloved husband of Hazel Kidd (nee Mc Candless); devoted father of Ian Kidd, Caroline Barringer, Andrew Kidd and Dierdre Pacylowski; devoted grandfather of Aubrey, Erin Barringer, Geneva Kidd, Nina Kidd, Grace and Jackson Pacylowski. A Memorial Service will be held at Old Saint Paul's Episcopal Church, Charles and Saratoga Streets, on Saturday, July 30, 2005, at 10 A.M. A Reception will be held immediately following the service at St. Paul's School Mansion.

Dr. Langford Kidd, a retired director of pediatric cardiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and School of Medicine who studied infants with heart disease and the effects of high blood pressure on adolescents, died of a heart attack Tuesday at his Roland Park home. He was 74. "He was a master educator," said Dr. Edward B. Clark, chairman of the department of pediatrics at the University of Utah, who studied under Dr. Kidd. "He was able to capture the attention of students and hold it while he transmitted complex concepts.
