On June 1, 2005, LAWRENCE K. HARPER, JR., beloved husband of the late Mary E. Harper; devoted father of Lawrence Harper III, Gordon Harper and Mary (Dale) Harper Steinharter. Also survived by nine grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 232 St. Thomas Lane, Owings Mills on Saturday, June 18 at 11 A.M. Aberdeen Tyrone D. Davis, 31, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was charged Friday with possessing marijuana. Robin D. Sloane, 54, of the 100 block of Hanover Street, was charged Friday with possessing a drug other than marijuana. Julie Tomar Paradis, 30, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Friday with failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs, changing lanes unsafely and failing to display a registration card upon demand.

On November 14, 2004, during combat operations in Fallujah, Iraq, CPL NICHOLAS L. ZIOLKOWSKI, USMC was killed by enemy fire. Nick is the loving son of Tracy Miller , Andrew Ziolkowski and his wife Lydia Scaletter. Beloved brother of Peter, Alex and Julia Ziolkowski. Dear grandson of Stephanie Miller. Fond brother in law of Kristina Ziolkowski. Uncle of Madeline Nicole Ziolkowski. Also survivied by aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Service will be held at the Old Post Chapel on Fort Myer on Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. (go to arlingtoncemetery.

Also survived by two nieces and five nephews. Visitation at the FAMILY OWNED MARCH FUNERAL HOME EAST, 1101 East North Avenue on Monday 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. The family will receive friends at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Greenmount Avenue and 22nd Street, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 AM. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Father Waters will lie in state at the St. Joseph Seminary, 1200 Varnum St, NE, Washington, DC , Tuesday from 3 to 7 P.M. at which time a Mass of the High Priest will be celebrated. Father Waters will lie in state at St. Joseph Manor, 911 W. Lake Avenue, on Wednesday from 9 to 11 A.M. at which time a Funeral Mass will be celebrated.

"Chip" Lubke, III; loving brother of Laura and Chase Lubke, died suddenly of natural causes at his apartment in Healdsburg, CA.
