I'm amazed that someone actually took the time to do this, but Fanhouse blogger JJ Cooper timed the sacks taken by NFL quarterbacks in 2010. And guess what? Joe Flacco took more three-plus-second sacks than every other quarterback in the NFL, earning him the title of "king of holding the ball too long. " According to Cooper, the Ravens quarterback took sacks on 25 plays where he held the ball for more than three seconds. That was five more than Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who was second on the list.

On February 3, 2005, DAISY BEATRICE KING, 85, passed away at Levindale. Born on September 18, 1919 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Rev. Fairfax F. King Sr. and Daisy B. King (nee Briggs). She was a graduate of D.C. Teachers College, and attended Columbia University. She was a Guidance Counselor in the Baltimore City public school system. She retired in 1983. She is survived by a nephew Kenneth R. Weaver of Baltimore, a grand niece Brittany T. Weaver, a grand nephew Royal K. Weaver, a cousin Nancy Baskerville; predeceased by two sisters, Hermione B. Weaver and Imogene King Martyn, both died in 2001 and a brother, Fairfax F. King Jr. died in 1997No services are planned.
