Why do Republicans keep attacking their members? They bicker and denounce each other. That's not how you win elections. Case in point is the ill-fated 2008 ticket of Sen. John McCain and Gov. HAROLD W. ALBRECHT, age 785, died Friday January 26, 2007. He and his wife Florence resided at the Charlestown Retirement Community, in Catonsville. He was a Mason for 60 years and a member of the Warren, Howard and Bonnie Blink Lodges, Concordia Council #1 and Maryland Commandry #1. He served as Grand Master as well as many othea prestigious offices. Along with his wife he is survived by his daughters, Karin Perry of Michigan and Pamela Gittings of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
