Anne Arundel County Police say a Parkville man injured in a motorcycle accident in Annapolis on June 8 has died, while a passenger on the motorcycle is recovering. County police they were told June 29 that John Harvey, 56, of Parkville, died as a result of his injuries from the crash, which took place at about 2:45 p.m. June 8 on Hillsmere Drive near Magnolia Lane. Police say the 2002 Honda motorcycle with temporary tags had traveling northbound on Hillsmere Drive. As it came to a curve, the driver failed to control it, and the motorcycle left the road into a grass median, then struck a tree, police said.
