Dolph Ziggler is ready for Hell in a Cell this Sunday, for many reasons. He's ready to steal the show, despite not having an official match on the card. He's ready to dispose of his Money in the Bank briefcase. He's ready to become World Heavyweight Champion. In fact, he is so confident that his time has come, he gave me an exclusive: his first comments as World Heavyweight champion ... before actually winning the title. "I would like to say that I owe a lot of people and that hard work paid off, that nice guys eventually get their shot, but I'm not going to say any of that stuff," boasted Ziggler in a phone interview Thursday.

Vince McMahon may have unwittingly provided the answer to America's unemployment campaign. Apparently, you can show up to the job you were removed from months ago, pretend nothing has changed and go about your business. And as long as you suck up to the customers, they'll ignore the facts of the recent past. The corporate management of WWE has become a clustered mess of chaos that only seems to be brought up when it's convenient for the sake of storytelling. Is McMahon still the chairman of the board?

Before sitting down to watch CM Punk: Best in the World , I had already heard a lot about it. Most people unanimously praised it, going so far as to say it was the greatest WWE DVD documentaryever created. The words “honest,” “open” and “real” were often used. I can confirm these sentiments. The DVD is honest, open and real. But what I found most intriguing about the DVD is how much I found myself relating to CM Punk, and how likely it is that many working-class people watching the DVD will also relate to CM Punk's trials and tribulations, even if you don't have much in common with him. The DVD follows a logical life timeline, with sprinkles of Punk's interests and happenings in between chapters.

Both the WWE and World Heavyweight champions walked out of Sunday's Night of Champions pay-per-view with their titles in tow. Sheamus cleanly put away his rival Alberto Del Rio, while CM Punk retained his title after a controversial double-pin with John Cena. But as Paul Heyman was quick to point out on tonight's Raw, in a situation like that, the champion is to be declared the winner. Both challengers, though, laid claim to another shot at the title, so General Manager AJ Lee put all four men in a tag team match that she said could have ramifications on who could possibly get a rematch.

Whether you loved it, or you hated it, it definitely had you talking. It certainly wasn't the first time you have seen it - in fact, it probably wasn't the first time you have seen a version of it (for example, Pedro Morales winning the WWWF title for the first time against Ivan Koloff in 1971 . But the ending of the match between CM Punk and John Cena can be classified as one thing - necessary. After a terrific back-and-forth affair that had the crowd invested, especially with both men kicking out of the other's finishing move and not submitting to their signature submissions, John Cena delivered a German Suplex that left both mens' shoulders on the mat, and referee Chad Patton counting to three.

Roughly three times a year, John Cena changes colors. Typically we see his "kit" in a predominant black, green, orange, black again, red, purple, black again, etc. This time, the CeNation will wear a color their leader has never donned before - and it brings a charitable twist . Tonight at the Night of Champions pay-per-view event, for his main event match with CM Punk, John Cena will wear pink. Pink hat, pink arm band, black shirt with pink logo. The message? Rise Above Cancer.

Last night I was at the Bell Centre in Montreal when Jerry Lawler suffered a heart attack. It was both uncomfortable and concerning. After Lawler had already competed in a tag-team contest on Raw, he was performing his usual commentary duties with Michael Cole. During a tag-team match between the Prime Time Players and Daniel Bryan/Kane, I looked over to the broadcast table and saw Jerry Lawler hunched over, beginning to shake. It looked like he was choking. Then, suddenly, he collapsed from his chair.

After 15 years, it appears the infamous Montreal Screwjob may finally be put to rest. The events of that fateful November night will certainly live on in the minds of wrestling fans, who continue to debate and scrutinize just how much of what transpired had been planned in advance. But now, two months shy of the 15th anniversary, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels have publicly buried the hatchet with a hug in the ring (which went better than last week's between Kane and Daniel Bryan)

Retirement celebrations can be a special thing in professional wrestling. Look back to Ric Flair's final farewell to the WWE after losing to Shawn Michaels. That night at WrestleMania and the night that followed on Raw will forever be remembered as truly emotional and memorable. But in my estimation, those types of events will be rarities moving forward in wrestling. And Ric Flair is to thank for that. WWE gave Flair the grandest farewell a television audience has seen in wrestling.

Th 25th edition of SummerSlam ended with Brock Lesnar standing tall, having defeated Triple H by tap out with the Kimura Lock. Though their match certainly had some slow points, it was a simple, effective, and (in my opinion) necessary conclusion to this match. With Lesnar winning in clean fashion, he remains a "killer," Triple H doesn't lose anything in defeat, and the Kimura continues to be seen as a devastating finishing maneuver. Lesnar has been announced to appear in the opening segment on Raw on Monday night.
