With the help of their two daughters who work for a Baltimore interior designer, Jon and Margee Zemarel have made their Roland Park house into a showcase since moving in about seven years ago. But, thanks to an abundance of trees and other greenery surrounding the four-bedroom, 31/2-bathroom Colonial house, the outside world has little chance of catching a glimpse. It's easy to drive right by. The house is nestled on a little more than a third of an acre, and the Zemarels have added many outdoor amenities that seem to blend in, such as a two-car garage that was built to match the house built in the 1920s - complete with old windows scavenged from another older building.

On October 4, 2008, JEROME "Jerry" MONTGOMERY; dearest husband of Cherie A. (nee Franck); devoted father of Rachel M., Sarah E., DruAnna, and William C. Montgomery. Jerome Nathan Goldberg, a retired Pikesville photographer and community activist, died of acute respiratory failure Tuesday at Northwest Hospital Center. The Stevenson resident was 88. Born in Baltimore and raised in East Baltimore, he was a 1937 City College graduate, where he was a member of the varsity fencing team. "As a child, he sold newspapers at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, and he made the contacts that served him throughout his life," said his daughter, Margie Mae Goldberg-Okun, a pharmacist who lives in Stevenson.

Member of St. Philip Catholic Church; Veteran of U.S. Army; Lifetime member of the Elk's Club in Waynesburg, PA. Preceded in death by Andrew T. and Emma P. Borzik Urda. Survived by: daughters, Dr. Deborah (David) Kramer and Lisa (Jeff) Biederman; brother, Richard B. (Louise) Urda; sister, Joyce Pareigis; grandchildren, Olivia and Jules Kramer; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
