Janice E. Wilcox, a retired college librarian, died of Alzheimer's disease Tuesday at Brightview of Catonsville. The longtime Catonsville resident was 75. She was born Janice Elaine Cupp in Johnstown, Pa., and was reared in South Orange, N.J. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1951 from Bucknell University. A resident of Catonsville since 1972, Mrs. Wilcox was a librarian at what is now the Community College of Baltimore County in Catonsville from 1985 until her retirement in 2002.

JANICE HARRIS WAITSMAN, 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 30, 2005. She moved to Fairfax Virginia last year and past away at Arlington Hospital Center after a long battle of COPD. She was a Baltimore native, who moved to Norfolk some 58 years ago. Janice was an Electrolysis for over 20 years and one of the first in the Norfolk area. Janice was the former owner of Suffolk and Bayside Pawn Shops. She was a member of Bethel Shalom Temple and the Ladies Auxiliary. Janice was predeceased by her husband Jay Lee Waitsman and her parents Sarah and Benjamin Harris.
