28 Seahawks (2-10) Jim Mora Jr. is getting an eyeful. 29 Raiders (3-10) They have ruined JaMarcus Russell. 30 Rams (2-10) Management likes the job Jim Haslett has done. Huh? 31 Bengals (1-10-1) Marvin Lewis should walk. 32 Lions (0-12) Last chance for first win.

Jamison Hensley Giants, 24-16 Trying to shut down Eli Manning is different than roughing up Sage Rosenfels and JaMarcus Russell. David Steele Giants, 27-20 It has been a great run, Ravens, but they're called the Giants (and defending champs) for a reason. Edward Lee Giants, 24-20 In a game that should feature a lot of passing, the Giants' receivers are stronger and healthier. Peter Schmuck Giants, 24-13 Beating the defending Super Bowl champions in your fifth road game in six weeks is too much to ask. Ken Murray Giants, 27-21 Joe Flacco will see a pass rush like he has never seen before.

JOE FLACCO DOES IT ALL: The Ravens' rookie quarterback threw for a 70-yard touchdown, caught a 43-yard pass and ran for a 12-yard score. NEW WRINKLE: The Ravens unveiled their two-quarterback offense - playfully called "the Suggs Package" by coach John Harbaugh - in which backup Troy Smith usually plays quarterback and Flacco lines up wide as a receiver. The team used this formation five times (four runs and one pass) and gained 65 yards. SACKS ARE BACK: Breaking out of its rut, the defense recorded four sacks (Terrell Suggs, Jarret Johnson, Haloti Ngata and Jameel McClain)

A chance to be special Chris Dufresne Los Angeles Times Just got done watching snippets of former Auburn quarterback Cam Newton's media workout. This just in: Newton is really good. What's hilarious about the NFL is it prods, pokes and measures its quarterback prospects and still drafts Ryan Leaf in the top five and Tom Brady in the sixth round. The NFL gets so caught up on analysis, it sometimes turns into paralysis. I don't need a stopwatch or combine to tell me Newton will make it in the NFL. Sometimes you just need to watch a guy. It's true Newton, like Alex Smith, Vince Young and Tim Tebow, must adjust from the spread-style offense to the pro game.

Biggest surprise The Miami Dolphins, who reportedly are days away from releasing quarterback Daunte Culpepper, selected Ohio State wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. instead of Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn with the ninth overall pick. Ginn is blessed with impressive speed, but draft experts had questioned his strength and focus. And who's going to throw the ball to Ginn? Cleo Lemon? Biggest rise Offensive tackle Levi Brown of Penn State was the second-rated lineman behind Joe Thomas of Wisconsin, but nobody expected him to go as high as No. 5 to the Arizona Cardinals.

Minnesota Vikings @ Green Bay Packers Time: : 7 TV: : ESPN The buzz: : The schedule makers gave fans several juicy intradivision games in Week 1, but they could not have imagined the extra intrigue as a result of the Brett Favre story. The matchup between the Vikings and the Packers in Green Bay did not need Favre or tampering accusations to be a marquee game. Minnesota is a popular pick to win the NFC North crown from archrival Green Bay, and the teams are dealing with many of the same issues.

THREE THINGS THAT NEED TO GO RIGHT ... 1 Keep feeding the ball to Willis McGahee. Oakland has allowed two 100-yard rushers in the past three games, including 159 yards on Sunday to the New York Jets' Thomas Jones. McGahee, who runs similarly to Jones, is coming off his first 100-yard game of the season. 2 Force JaMarcus Russell into bad decisions. The Raiders' young quarterback has been very careful with the ball, throwing two interceptions in six games. But the Ravens rely heavily on turnovers (two defensive touchdowns in three wins)
