After beating up on the junior varsity two days ago in Cleveland, the Ravens move into the elite class when they travel to Jacksonville on Sunday for a game against the AFC Central-leading Jaguars. The Ravens (3-5) are 2-0 against the expansion Cleveland Browns this season, but have not beaten Jacksonville (7-1) in six games, or even slowed the Jaguars' explosive offense, ranked ninth in the NFL.Defensive coordinator Marvin Lewis has gradually built the Ravens' defense into a top 10 unit during the four years the club has been in Baltimore, but he is constantly reminded about the team and individual records Jacksonville has established against his teams.

Despite getting pulled from Sunday's loss to Jacksonville, senior R.J. Wickham is still the starting goalkeeper for Navy. After surrendering eight goals and making four saves in the first half of an eventual 13-7 loss to the Dolphins, Wickham was replaced by junior Nolan Hickey after halftime. But coach Rick Sowell said Wickham will make his customary start when No. 4 North Carolina (3-0) visits Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis on Saturday. “R.J. is our starter,” Sowell said Wednesday.

1 The Ravens have to stop the Jaguars' running game and make them one-dimensional. If Jacksonville can run, the Ravens are in for a long day.2 Win the field-position game. With a weak offense, the Ravens have to win the special-teams battle, which they lost two weeks ago in Jacksonville.3 Coach Brian Billick has to take some chances on offense. If he thinks he can get into a shoving match with Jacksonville, he's wrong.

Green Bay (7-3) at Jacksonville (3-7) Time: 9 p.m., chs. 2, 7. Line: Packers by 3 1/2 . Outlook: Mark Brunell had better watch his back against the Packers' fierce pass rush, as Jacksonville's offensive line has allowed three or more sacks in seven consecutive games. The hard-luck Jaguars have lost seven of their past eight games by an average of six points. The Packers are 4-0 when Ahman Green runs for more than 100 yards. The pick: Green Bay. Look for the Packers to tarnish Jacksonville's perfect 4-0 home record on Monday nights.
