Handel; loving grandfather of Wilfred C. Handel, Jr., and his wife Bridget, Joshua E., Nicholas J. and Travis G. Handel. Funeral services will be held at the Lassahn Funeral Home, (Overlea), 7401 Belair Road, on Thursday, 10 A.M. Interment Immanuel Luthern Cemetery. Visiting Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. If desired, contributions may be made to the Diabetes Foundation.

Griffin and Patrick C. Griffin. Also survived by four grandchildren, Vincent M., Anthony A. and Jacob A. Geiman and Sereck J. Also survived by ten nieces, five nephews and many family and friends. Funeral Services at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3184 Church Street, Manchester, Monday 11 A.M. Interment in New Lutheran Cemetery.

On March 3, 2004 GLADYS NEST, 101 of Sparks; beloved wife of the late Richard Nest. Gladys established Gladys Nest Realty Company in 1975 and worked as a Realtor for 20 years in Northern Baltimore County and Hereford. Survived by great nephew, Gary Bassford; great-great nephews Dale, Thomas and Steven Bassford and also Helen Bruehl, close friend and companion for 44 years. Graveside Service on Wednesday, March 10 at 10 A.M. at the Immanuel Espiscopal Church Cemetery, 1509 Glencoe Rd. followed by a Memorial Service in the church.

Devoted husband of Saundra Baker Thorp; dear father of Dale Thorp Jr., Lisa Frazee, Jeremiah and Katie Wilson; beloved brother of Sandra Gayleard, William and Dennis Thorp. Also survived by three grandchildren, six nieces and nephews, and nine great nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held at Grasonville Immanuel Methodist Church on Main Street in queenstown, MD, on Saturday October 9 at 2 P.M. Reception at the home of William and Pamela Thorp in Halethorp Md. on staurya, october 9 at 7 P.M. for friends and family.
